I think that judging Magellan's actions it's pretty clear that Bon Kurei is alive, but that doesn't make him less awesome or anything, I mean he did sacrifice his freedom just so Luffy & co could go save Ace...
My guess is that we'll see him alive in a coverstory or something, with his adventures in Impel Down, hopefully escaping and making his own Okama Land in the 5.5 floor.

We already had him sacrifice his "freedom" once and there is no reason why Magellan of all people would let him alive .

So....that would be even worse then Pell , because unlike Pell people actualy gave a shit about Mr. 2 .
