Well, that's just Oda's art-style. That isn't HOLY SHIT like the Transponder with two swirls or Rayleigh in Buggy's flashback.
The latter is still impressive.

Yeah I dunno about that one. If they were intended to be his eyebrows, they probably would have actually been located on the snail's eyebrows. They look more like the standard rosey cheeks.

Good idea though and it MIGHT have some ground. Maybe we'll find out in Green?

Oh Wow! I was so totally waiting for this particular cover page to be colored! It's a bit too bright for my tastes though, do you have any other color versions?

i'm not sure if that's nami smoking. it certainly looks like a cigarette but there's no smoke coming out.
