That's not what it means. Read the descriptions.
Problematically shy people, or people terrified of judgement score high in Avoidant or Schizotypal.

Antisocial means degree of apathy. Scoring really high on that is sociopathy basically. Have you taken the quiz? It's clear which questions get you that score. They ask about regarding others and being accused of animal cruelty and shit lol.

• Disregard for the feelings of others
• Impulsive and irresponsible decision-making
• Lack of remorse for harm done to others
• Lying, stealing, other criminal behaviors
• Disregard for the safety of self and others
