Antisocial means degree of apathy. Scoring really high on that is sociopathy basically. Have you taken the quiz? It's clear which questions get you that score. They ask about regarding others and being accused of animal cruelty and shit lol.

I'd say you could score high antisocial without being literally sociopath, but not because of shyness as stated. Instead, these listed symptoms, at least some of them, may more or less occasionally apply to you if you are experiencing dissociation or suffer from CPTSD or DID sort of condition.

Which I don't think is necessarily much better option, but yeah. Should be possible.
