Precisely my point. Alabastia and Sakura were, and currently are, members of the World Government; it's only understandable that the monarchs of such powerful nations would recieve such information disclosed by the government itself. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if the WG hunted down the particular devil fruits for Pell and Chaka...I mean, what are the chances of a Jackal (Anubis) and a Falcon (Horus) Devil Fruit not only appearing in Alabastia, but being eaten by the two military commanders?

the fruits only grow from one tree... or at least in only one place. pell and chaka having eaten those two fruits is one of those "manga coincidences" that you just have to accept.

Well thanks to the Warner Brother cartoons I have the stereo type that Dodo´s are being fast and crazy.
Specifically, I think it was said that there's 5 other devil fruits that enable people to fly. Whether or not they're bird fruits is yet to be determined.
