it all kinda revolves around funi i noticed. If it goes to America it gets dubbed but then doesn't go to the pal regions. In turn if it's subbed and sent to the pal regions then it doesn't seem to go to america :/

i really think funi should release their dubs overseas. they're missing out on a valuable market

NB was asked why they didn't give players the option to listen to the Japanese audio track for OP: UA. They said it was a "family game" which I guess was a nicer way of saying that they weren't going to cater to the fanboys who care about that sort of thing.

Maybe, but it should also be considered that FUNimation didn't dub it because it wasn't a US-release (even though they have dubbed PAL releases in the past).
