Chopper + Rumble Balls are pretty much broken in the game. I remember keeping him and Robin alive in the end, Robin there if Chopper got KO'd. Eventually Monster Chopper triggered and pwned Luffy

To get 100% do I have to active all the events and beat the extra bosses and catch all the bugs/fish again on hard mode or can I skip them?

Alright. I'm gonna try and figure this out.

Hard and Very Hard modes:

10 Bosses: 1% each = 20% for both modes
Each character maxed at level 10: 9%

I have 24% left- I've beaten all the bosses except for the final boss on my final run through. Thanks for the help on Nightmare Luffy, guys. I ended up just spamming Zoro's attack, and it turns out the co-op lightning bone attack is the strongest thing against NL. Fitting enough, considering that attack was used in Thriller Bark.

I heard that you get 3% for each time you complete a mode. Is this true?

I need to get all my characters maxed (9%), beat the ten bosses in very hard mode (10%), and beat hard and very hard mode (6%). That would put me at 100%, I think. (25%) Anything else you guys can think of?

EDIT: Beat Hard mode completely, at 81%. Realized that there are 12 bosses total, not eight. So that's 12%, which puts me at 93%. I assume I'll get 3% for beating very hard, same as hard. This puts me at 96%. What're the final four percentages? Does maxing out all the characters give you anything? I pray I don't have to max out the HP and SP. That'd be endless.

EDIT 2: I quit trying to figure this out. I have 84% and am at the beginning of the second island on very hard mode. Been leveling up my guys. Maybe that's what added the extra percent? I have no idea. If anyone finds a guide to the percentages and whatnot, let me know. I'm going to try to get 100% before sp2.

Alright. I'm at the final boss of very hard mode. I'm at 95%. I've heard 3% is awarded once the game is finished. I'm missing two percent. I have no idea what it could be. PLEASE tell me what it is before I fight this final boss. Do you have to complete stamina and hp on all characters?

Beat Nightmare Luffy on very hard on my first try. Bring bunches of stamina potions and use Zoro's Kaku Killer attack over and over and over. Easy as pie.

I think you'll get some % when maxing all stats of the strawhats and their attacks

Alright, guys. Figured it out. 95 hours and I've got 100%. If you've done everything correctly, you'll have 95% right before the final boss on very hard mode. Beating him will give you 3%. To get that final two percent, all you have to do is play your file one final time.

One Piece Unlimited Cruise SP in Europe just had the Episode 1 Wiimake and the Marinford Mode so they're delivering the second half of the game

Just a heads up to the fans in the UK, I've checked around in the UK retailers for part 2 and found no place to preorder, so I've put a topic on their message board and hopefully we'll get some replies from a rep. SP 2 is available for preorder in pretty much all other European Regions I've checked. Will anyone be willing to tweet to Namco Bandai Europe for info ( I don't have a twitter account)?

How's Zavvi? I just preordered it there; they offer 99 cent international shipping. Ridiculously cheap. Is that a good site? Should I expect release day delivery?

zavvi is pretty decent when it comes to items.

Expect release day delivery if you're in the UK. (with the lkes of Final fantasy and Bioshock 2 which were released on a Tuesday I usually got the Friday/Saturday beforehand.) but not if you aint.
