    Yay, can't wait!
In what scene did they use an M7 track? I recall vaguely hearing something that sounded unfamiliar.

Zoro cutting Puffing Tom in two had a track from movie 7. I can't wait either. Ordered this weeks ago. Stupid customs... And they of course can't deliver outside working hours. I'll have to ask my dad to go get it for me. He works half time.

It's not out. We don't even know for sure when it will air for the first time. I've never heard of an opening/ending available online before it even airs...

My dad picked up the movie 7 soundtrack at the customs office and will bring it to me tonight (Belgian time). So, unless my dad forgets (I urged him not to) or my site crashes (never has before), expect the tracks to be available for download on this page before tonight (US time). I just can't wait to listen to new Tanaka Kouhei goodness! There should be 38 background music pieces and one song.

A double post, but worth it! Here's movie 7 soundtrack! Promised this over a month ago but could only get it today. Will do better next time.

My comments first. This soundtrack was definitely not as enjoyable as movie 6's soundtrack, mainly because of the electronics used in most of the tracks. It's probably perfect for a movie about mecha, but I wonder how it'll fit in the series, especially Enies Lobby. Aside from Franky's fights maybe... Most tracks are small and forgettable or too noisy (like 22 and 23 I just can't stand). Some are of interest, and a couple excellent. Best tracks IMO are 2,5,7,8,14,19,28,31,33,38 and 39 with a highlight on tracks 7 and 8, and the classical style theme used in 5, 19 and 38.

    http://animerendan.com/OP7-01.mp3 (similar to Wagner's Valkyrie)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-02.mp3 (this is Beethoven's 9th Symphony)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-03.mp3 (crap, this could have been so good were it longuer!)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-04.mp3 (sniper vs hen? )
http://animerendan.com/OP7-05.mp3 (sounds like classic music, same theme as tracks 19 and 38)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-06.mp3 (song)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-07.mp3 (second best action queue)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-08.mp3 (best action queue)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-09.mp3 (mysterious music)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-10.mp3 (I guess that could work in the series)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-11.mp3 (interesting suspence music)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-12.mp3 (variation of an old OP theme)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-13.mp3 (noise!)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-14.mp3 (would make a cool Franky theme)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-15.mp3 (sounds like a hero movie from the 80s)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-16.mp3 (even the strings sound synthetic)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-17.mp3 (too short and too much electronics)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-18.mp3 (instrumental of track 6 - Jyabura's garden?)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-19.mp3 (variation of track 5)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-20.mp3 (sounds more like Star Trek than OP)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-21.mp3 (Good music, ruined by electronics)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-22.mp3 (noise!)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-23.mp3 (noise!)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-24.mp3 (an ok filler music to add some mystery)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-25.mp3 (variation of an old OP theme)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-26.mp3 (interesting short action queue)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-27.mp3 (incredibly weird - don't know if I like it)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-28.mp3 (like it a lot but not very OP style)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-29.mp3 (very simplistic sad piano theme)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-30.mp3 (way too short - could have been great)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-31.mp3 (the main course, yet not as good as tracks 7 or 8)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-32.mp3 (noisy action theme)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-33.mp3 (excellent theme, but too short again)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-34.mp3 (OP videogame music? )
http://animerendan.com/OP7-35.mp3 (OP goes techno  )
http://animerendan.com/OP7-36.mp3 (nice theme wasted by electronics)
http://animerendan.com/OP7-37.mp3 (variation of an old OP theme)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-38.mp3 (variation of track 5)
    http://animerendan.com/OP7-39.mp3 (nice short track)

The theme of Zoro cutting the Puffing Tom in two in the anime is NOT on the cd. It's another of those themes coming out of nowhere (like Vivi's short theme or Franky's introduction music : which btw is also Jango's moondance music in episode 10!).

Better late then never! Thanks so much, I really appreciate it. I'm downloading the tracks now. I'm not too thrilled about hearing electronic type music in the score, but as you said, for a movie about mecha I guess it's appropriate.
(yes, I'm commenting as I go)
    #4 and 5 awesome!
#6 - Wierd...but I like it. How was this used in the movie??
#7 Reminds me of an older track from the series
#11 reminds me of track 13 from movie 5.
#28 actually reminds me of a variation of that one track from movie 3 that they use in the Skypiea recap a lot...
#29 - Hey look another sad piano track that maybe they can use instead of "Because We're Alive" XD
#31 reminds me of Spiderman music....definately cool though.

PS - I think someone was lacking in creativity this time around...Beethoven's 9th symphony? XD Oh well, everyone likes to use Beethoven once in a while.
And yeah, track 3 should have been longer. :(
    # 39 should have been longer too, I really liked that one a lot. It reminds me of the ending of "The Gates of Delirium" by Yes. XD

Well, overall, I really like the soundtrack a lot. Better than Movie 5 (I am most familiar with 5 and 6 since I own the CDs), but not as good as 6, but then 6 was by far the best soundtrack so far, it's the only movie soundtrack that actually sounds like one coherant piece of work that tells it's own story, rather than a bunch of disjointed, albeit enjoyable tracks to accompany the action.

I really like #33 for some reason... It could give way for some moments of unrivaled badassness in the anime. Of course, that's just me being hopeful because a lot of the cooler tracks of the films haven't even been used in the series yet. :/

I like the classical music mixed in, but the electrostuff doesn't really thrill me either.

Does anyone know if the new 6th opening and/or the 18th ending can be listening to in any way besides the episode? Anyone can upload a clip, I'd like to hear them. Thanks. ^^

The Episode and thus the song has NOT aired yet, not even in Japan, and so no, there is no clip of any kind available ANYWHERE.

I forgot about Bialy leaving her sites....

Anyone have one of those We Are instrumentals that occur often in episodes? Like the one in the 4th episode when we first see Luffy's flashback to Shanks, or during the unveiling of Puffing Tom scene in Franky's Flashback. There's a couple of different versiouns, I think. I'd like it if someone could help at least give me the name of the title.

Yeah, I have a couple of instrumental tracks that use the We Are theme. I'm not sure if they're the one's you're looking for. If nobody else puts them up, I'll do it tomorrow.
