Platinum Games (MadWorld, Bayonetta, Vanquish) next game will be a multiplayer online beat 'em up (it'll still have a single-player, but multiplayer was the focus), something that's never really be done before. At current the roster consists of several MadWorld characters along with several original characters. While nothing has been confirmed, I say it's likely we could see other PG characters from the likes of Bayonetta and Vanquish characters make it in, but that's just speculation.

Doubt there'll be other PG characters. They had been hinting at a sequel to MadWorld, even making a franchise out of it, and here we are. Even the high-quality hip-hop soundtrack is back, complete with Ox! And he'll probably be doing most of the songs again!

I adored MadWorld, so I'm all over this.

Still, this game looks hellacious, especially if I can convince one or two or my friends to get it as well. I never played Madworld or Bayonetta, so I'm more interested in seeing some cool original characters than I am in seeing returning ones from other PlatinumGames franchises. Jack seems like a beast, though.

Black Baron IS in.

I've gotta say, if Bayonetta makes a cameo, this is a day 1 purchase for me.

Even if this is a MadWorld sequel, c'mon, we live in a world of DLC. I bet you if not included in the game prior to release somewhere down the line Bayonetta WILL be added as a DLC character for multiplayer. Sam from Vanquish would be cool too, but he'd need a more dynamic move set, but I doubt that'd be a problem for PG.

Very doubtful. Platinum doesn't seem to be the type to throw in cameos like that so far, MadWorld itself had no cameos, and let's face it; Bayonetta doesn't fit very well in MadWorld's aesthetic. Yes, they both have over-the-top action, but that's it.
