Big Mam will have a devil fruit, that, depending on how much she eats will increase her strength etc. to a certain level. That...or my older theory that the HUGE lady we've seen is Big Mam in a Mythical Zoan form; Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Baba Yaga. (Her normal form is smaller in size).

I have a strong feeling that Big Mam's Devil Fruit power does not have to do with eating since it would be close to Wapol's Devil Fruit power but Wapol happaned a long time ago so you never know. And I love the idea of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Baba Yaga. Its unique, creative, and reminds me of Bartok the Magnificent :)

Witches live in forests, which of course have trees, and a Baba Yaga is a type of witch; a type of witch known for eating. That...or her ability allows her to shoot rainbows out her ass like nyan cat.

Luffy will be mentionned on the rio poneglyph on raftel, the reason shanks doesn't want/need to go there is that he already knows whats on the glyph seeing as he was with the PK crew. It probably won't be his name straight up, but i'm guessing it'll describe circumstances we will see flashbacks of that luffy has overcome. Shanks knew luffy held the D. in his name, something held with high regards, so he might have incited luffy to become a pirate because he held the potential with a few others to be the leader of the next generation/revolutionary character to appear and change the world.

Big mom has a type of queen ant fruit, possibly an ancient zoan form of one (her size), she needs to continuously eat and she loves sweets ( notice when you spill a soft drink outide insects swarm on it?).
Sounds kind of lame but remember, it's not necessarily the fruits power but how you use it.

Zoro's sensei was the one to actually kill Kuina and she didn't fall down a flight of stairs and die. Zoro needs a flashback or a moment like Luffy had for Sabo and Ace, because Zoro's situation does not seem to be as strongly enforced as the others and if he doesn't get a flashback I hope that he finds out the truth.

That belongs in the Dumb prediction thread. Sure Zoro didn't go through hardships like most of the Strawhats and he doesn't need to. We are way past that point in the story, that we need more Past developments to occur now.
Also Zoro is a Disciplined guy. From his personality he can handle most situations calmly while rest of the strawhats would lose their cool. Zoro is mentally trained to keep himself in control in most cases. At this point i don't see Zoro Sobbing or Collapesing from Mental break down. Only time he cried/lost his cool was when Mihawk Beat him if i remember correctly. And that was when we were learning everything about him early on.

About these kids at PH: I think these are the base to create pacifistas. We do know, that the pacifistas (as well as Kuma) are taller than average humans. We also know, that there has to be some kind of human blood / body to create one of them. I think, Vegapunk and or the marines / WG took bigger children away from there parents telling them they were ill and they'll be treated. Instead, they are raised, get a plastic surgeon to make them Kuma-lookalikes and then get their minds erased. And the parents simply get told their kids just died. So nobody misses them, and even if some of them really don't survive ('cause it also seems as if VP still does human experiments), it doesn't matter at all.

The problem is that the Master (the weird slime) seems to dislike Vegapunk and the Marines, which probably means that this strange organization is not affiliated with the WG. He also doesn't speak about the Pacifistas like they are under his control.

Bon Kurei will show back up at some point in the late future near the end of the story and instead of him sacrificing himself, Luffy will for him causing him to get captured by the WG and bringing on another war between them and every pirate crew the Straw Hats have allied with to bust him out.
