He can probably cancel his freezing power, which would turn ice back into water (though he wouldn't be able to control the water directly without freezing it again first).

Kuzan's not actually an "Ice" person (i.e., there is no actual "water" in his logia form, other than what miniscule amount of water vapor is in the atmosphere immediately proximal to his body).

That's a common misconception due to somewhat of a mistranslation. None of the logias are simple solids (sand is granular matter and has fluid properties in bulk; smoke is a colloid of solid suspended in gas, also having fluid properties). The more accurate translation would be to say that Kuzan is a "Cold" person, or a "Freezing" person. He doesn't turn into "ice" but rather "cold" which deposes the gases around him and gives him solid form temporarily (thus explaining his badass "steam" effect, which is just sublimation of those gases).

As for actual theories:

This idea of non-solid logias also serves as evidence against any predictions of Wood, Metal, Stone, Earth, etc. logias.

So far we have: granular matter (sand), colloid of solid in gas (smoke), gas undergoing combustion (fire), electric charge (electricity), mass (gravity), photons (light), colloid of solid in liquid (mud), cold (freezing), and melted solid (magma)

My prediction is that the only other logias will be: gas, liquid, foam (colloid of gas suspended in liquid), and gel (colloid of liquid in solid).

I always figured that they were talking about kuina then (if thats what your image is, its not showing up). Id thought perhaps they saved her with one of Ivas hormone treatments but she either lost her memory or something along those lines.

Alright i got a doozy of a theory for this current arc

So far we know that law is using this spot for some specific reason. But other than that we know a master "m" is behind the kidnappings and so fourth. Well heres my theory, what if its magellan? Yea i know its sounds crazy coming from a fanatic like me but think about it, what if he somehow managed to master control over his ability to where he could project his poison and facial features to other areas while he remained somewhere else? What got me thinking this was him is that hes no longer the warden and that could coincide with us seeing the cover story with hannyabal. Most of all when we saw that room full of frozen giants and what not i noticed it looked like they were wearing prison stripes. So i thought perhaps magellan was exilled and is trying to re capture the level 6 prisoners that escaped from impel down in a way to redeem himself. Im not sure how it would play into the children being there but perhaps are just leftover from vegapunks experiments. He wouldnt want anyone to know he was their out of his shame from before and they might try to put a stop to his activity anyway. And this part is the most out there thing out of my whole theory, what if oda reveals it is him, chapter 666 would make a little more sense am i right *wink wink*.

Well it says that Sabo is dead. I think he is "dead" in a similar way to Kuma - he probably lost his memories during the accident so he is now working for the Revolutionaries under a different name. I have no other way to explain this page:
