"Let's go, Avalanche!" Rose Garden shouted, brandishing another vine whip. "Saduction Art #35: Sweet Nothings!"

A dark portal of energy opened up, threatening to suck in SnoCone and Vorlianis.

"Have some more!" Rose Garden screamed. "Eden Magic: Rock Hard Erection!"

Several stone pillars erected from the ground, though SnoCone and Vorliais were able to dodge them as the dark portal dissipated.

"Eden Magic: White Expulsion!" a burst of light engulfed the room, consuming everything. Rose Garden needed this to occur so she could blind the enemies.

"Now, Avalanche!" Rose cried. "It's your turn!"

[Episode 2x12: Durians of Grandeur]

[Scene 2: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 51]

Iron Ventriloquist and Eerie now stood face-to-face with six opponents, five of which were immensely powerful Morphin' Mafia members.

"Not good, yo," Ventie heaved. "My Ventie-Genorated Content attack would work great on crowds, but that giraffe fool's crampin' my style, yo!"

Eerie glanced over at Ventie. "If we take out the giraffe, you can take out the rest?"

"That's right, outta sight, yo!" Ventie cocked a smile. "Nobody can handle my strings, I'm the king!"

"It would appear that they're plotting something," Kinalara deduced. "They don't plan to give up."

"I'll make this quick," Cecila smirked, preparing to kick off. She leapt forward with great speed, punching Ventie in the face.

"What the hell!?" Ventie screamed as he flew back a few feet.

"You're no match," Cecila laughed.

"Screw this, yo!" Ventie roared. "Not giving up, not a chance, time to dance! Party start, Ultimate Durian Art!"

"How foolish," Wooden laughed.

"What's he doing?" the tiger asked.

"Ventie-Genorated Content!"

"Too soon, you fool!" Eerie shrieked as Cecila caught him off guard again, knocking him to the ground.

"My turn!" Kmohyudin cried, sitting on top of the downed Eerie.

"Get off me, you damn bear," Eerie groaned, visibly annoyed.

The entire battefield was covered in puppeteer string, which Wooden promply took advantage of.

"Such a fool!" Wooden laughed as he took control of the strings and tossed Ventie and Eerie around like ragdolls. "You're no match for the puppet master!"

Ventie released the strings as he fell to the ground in front of Cecila, while Kmohyudin promptly sat on him.

"My turn!" Kmohyudin cried.

"Ventie-Genorated Content," Ventie groaned as Kmohyudin began to read.

"Such fools," Iceburg laughed. "You're no match for me or my babies. Now give up so we can continue to climb."

"Yeah," Kmohyudin added.

"SHUT UP BEAR," everyone shouted in synchronous unison.

"Hey, Iceburg," Eerie groaned as he rose to his feet. "You've already lost."

"Nonsense!" Wooden cried. "You've got no hope of survival! Give up now before we kill you!"

"Yeah," Kmohyudin added, still sitting on Ventie.

"You're dead first, you damn bear!" Eerie roared, releasing his Electrogen, charging at the white bear.

"Haven't you learned already?" Cecila laughed, kicking off the ground. "You're no match for my-"

Cecila flew backwards in an instant as Eerie flew towards the bear.

"Kmohyudin!" Kinalara shouted, running after Eerie.

Before anyone could react, Eerie shifted direction. "Lights!"

"What?" Kmohyudin gasped.

"Camera!"

"No way!" Kinalara cried.

"Action!" Eerie cackled, cutting down his intended target all along.

"Not my baby!" Iceburg shrieked. "You'll pay for this!"

[Scene 3: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 38]

The light of White Expulsion ceased with Rose Garden beaten and bloody on the ground.

"Thought that could stop us?" SnoCone laughed.

"Not a chance," Vorlianis sniggered.

"A-avalanche," Rose cried. "H-h-h-help..."

Avalanche stood motionless, not making a sound, as if she wasn't even there.

"Please..."

[Scene 4: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 51]

"What the hell have you done!?" Cecila cried before noticing the string attacked to her right leg. "You did this!" she shrieked at Ventie.

Wooden fell to the ground, completely knocked out as Eerie sheathed his blade.

"Your turn, Geno," he smirked.

"With pleasure, yo!" Ventie roared, knocking Kmohyudin off of him. "Ultimate Durian Art: Ventie-Genorated Content!"

The strings consumed the battlefield, tangling up Iceburg and the entire Morphin' Mafia.

"Order up, yo!" Ventie shouted, tugging the strings and everyone airborne. "Ultimate Durian Art: Kenny's Signature Scrambled Grand Slam!"

Kenny leapt into the air and slammed Cecila, Kinalara, Wooden, Kmohyudin, the tiger, and Iceburg herself into the ground, knocking all of them out cold.

"Ventie's tight, outta sight, yo!"

"That was an intense battle, indeed," Dervish added. "Iron Ventriloquist does not disappoint. He's the man who fought toe-to-toe with Master Silence, after all."

"Indeed," Gekko nodded. "But wasn't he defeated by that Avalanche woman?"

"Yeah... What's her deal though?" Dervish sighed. "She hasn't moved an inch..."

Rose Garden struggled to her feet as SnoCone and Vorlianis continued to attack her. Avalanche continued to stand paralyzed, unable to move an inch.

An image of Insi-mere flashed across Avalanche's eyes, causing her to begin to tremble.

Insi-mere... What.... what should I do?

[Scene 3: Cocoyashi, Germany - 1997]

"Fashion of the century, huh?" Insi-mere smiled as she read the paper, astonished. "I knew you were good at drawing clothes, but you've learned to sew them too?! You're a clever girl, Nami."

"Yup," Nami beamed shyly. "I'm going to study fashion."

"That's your dream, huh?" Nia asked.

"Yup," the little Nami smiled. "Someday, I'm gonna travel all around the world and when I've seen everything with my own eyes, I'll make clothes the whole world will want to wear!"

"The whole world, huh?" Insi-mere grinned coyly. "Why, that's wonderful. Then this concept drawing is the first step toward your dream, huh?"

[Scene 4: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 38]

I'm not going to cry anymore, Avalanche thought to herself. I've decided to fight on alone!

Rose Garden continued to take damage.

But I'm not alone... Jay... He's... struggling so hard...

Avalanche began to cry.

I don't want to see him get hurt anymore...

"Hey!" Avalanche cried, breaking from her trance. "SnoCone... Vorlianis..."

A spear of ice materialized in Avalanche's hand as a fierce resolve consumed her face. "Leave him..."

[Scene 5: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 51]

Eerie rose to his feet as Ventie limped toward the elevator.

"Not bad...," Eerie groaned. "D.U.R.I.A.N...."

"Yo, you were pretty tight yourself," Ventie grinned. "Outta sight, you sure can fight, ain't that right?"

Eerie nodded with a friendly smile as he began towards the elevators himself.

"Huschel," a voice came from behind, freezing Eerie in his tracks.

It belonged to the tiger, who lie on the ground, unable to move, panting heavily.

"You should know," he said with a painful tear. "My name... is Huschel."

Eerie looked back for a moment before turning back towards the elevators.

"Thanks for that hell of a fight.... Huschel."

[Scene 6: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 100]

Bobjr emerged from the elevator, having been in it for so long. He scanned his surroundings for an enemy to betray. "Hellooooo, anybody home?"

A shadow emerged from behind a pillar, tossing a cigarette to the ground and snuffing it out.

"This is the fifteenth battle I've faced so far," KiShiDo groaned.

Bobjr frowned. He had no clue how he was going to betray this guy.

[Scene 7: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 96]

Gueta emerged to a floor with five enemies, three elevators rising.

Swifter than lightning, he struck three of them down.

[Scene 8: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 83]

Darkstorm beat down two enemies with his dark energies, taking the sole elevator up.

"Worthless," Darkstorm groaned. "There's no chance to stop me."

[Scene 9: Gekkorp Tower, Top Floor]

"Those stronger guys are proceeding swiftly," Gekko noted. "This might be tough, ensuring D.U.R.I.A.N. reaches us. They've already lost one of their own on the lower floors, but the others can manage I-"

"Gekko," Dervish gasped. "You better take a look at this."

"What?" Gekko's cigar fell to the ground as his mouth gaped open. "What... What am I witnessing?"

[Scene 10: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 38]

"...to me," Avalanche finished as she ran her spear through Rose Garden's chest.

"A-a-ava...," Rose managed to say before collapsing.

"You're a piece of work, Nami," Vorlianis laughed.

"Yeah," SnoCone added. "No wonder they call you the Witch of Cocoyashi."

Avalanche stood silent as she followed the two men.

Rose's vision faded as she made out the last couple of words.

"... back to Shuhan Park..."

[Scene 2: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 108]

KiShiDo emerges from the elevator, having soundly defeated Bobjr.

"What is this?" KiShiDo's cigarette fell from his mouth at the sight of the three elevators... and no less than one hundred opponents.

"Heh," Darkstorm laughed. "I'll take on a thousand of you!" He charged up a sphere of darkness.

Gueta stood silent, flexing his muscles.

[Scene 3: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 112]

Eerie and JC both emerged on the same floor.

"Heya, buddy," Eerie waved.

"Yo," JC grunted.

"We meet again," Eerie smiled. "Two elevators up? How strange, no one came up through the other two elevators..."

Eerie's cell phone began to ring.

"Yo, Eerie speaking," he answered.

"It's Gekko," the voice on the other end growled. "What the hell is going on over there? Half of D.U.R.I.A.N. has been eliminated already."

"A-are you serious?" Eerie gasped. He worried for Iron Ventriloquist.

"No, I'm Gekko," the voice responded, annoyed. "Stop confusing me for other people!"

"But, sir," Eerie frowned. "What shall we do?"

"Even if you interefere," Gekko sighed. "D.U.R.I.A.N. has a zero chance of reaching the top."

"A zero chance!?" Eerie screamed. He had no ideas things have gotten as bad as a zero chance.

"As we speak, three of the other opponents have proven themselves far superior to the remaining contestants," Gekko continued. "Floor 108 is a bloodbath of defeated contestants. Not even you and JC can take these guys out."

"Do you want us to try?" Eerie asked.

"No," Gekko furrowed his brow, which somehow was projected over the telephone. "I'm calling you to fire you. I no longer have use for you. You've failed at keeping D.U.R.I.A.N. alive and even nearly KILLED one of them, courtesy of JC. I can't afford your failures."

"But-!" Eerie cried. "What about my reality show funding!? I was gonna make it big!"

"Better luck elsewhere," Gekko sighed, hanging up.

"Oh, that does it!" Eerie growled.

"What are we gonna do now?" JC pouted.

"We're gonna go straight to the top," Eerie's eyes were alit with resolve. "Stop everyone in our way, and get the loan ourselves! Gekko, I'm coming to center stage!"

[Scene 4: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 108]

KiShiDo lit his legs on fire and jumped into the air. "Chivalrous Heart! Flaming Kick Storm!"

Gueta frowned and finally spoke. "The future... is in the past..."

Darkstorm charged up a halo of dark energy. "X Halo 360!"

The three unstoppable warriors each took out nearly three dozen grunts in a single move. They took the remaining three elevators without another word.

[Scene 5: Gekkorp Tower, Top Floor]

"Dammit, Dervish!" Gekko roared. "What do we do now?"

"Calm down, moon of my life," Dervish replied thoughtfully, contemplating what to do next. "There are only seven contenders we must worry about at this stage."

"Those three bastards," Gekko groaned. "One of them will go all the way."

"Don't count out Eerie and JC," Dervish pointed out. "Their resolve seems to have increased dramatically."

"Of course it did, I fired them," Gekko sighed.

"And Ventie and Parrot are still in it," she added. "There's still a good chance one of those two can make it to the top."

"Are we forgetting somebody?" he frowned.

"To my knowledge, no," Dervish replied. "Also, I found something interesting..."

"Oh?" Gekko raised his head.

"Look at the elevator map," Dervish pointed to the map on the wall. "You still want to tell me there's a zero chance?"

"Oh no," Gekko gasped.

"What?" It was Dervish's turn to frown. "Is something wrong?"

"Look at those elevator paths."

"...!"

"Such a confrontation is now an inevitability," Gekko groaned.

"We were too careless," Dervish shook her head. "Ultra Parrot and Iron Ventriloquist..."

Gekko sat silent.

"Just when we find a way out of the zero chance... Our recklessness has created something far less than zero."

KiShiDo stepped out once again, this time facing six opponents.

"Shit...," he lit up another cigarette. "Do these bastards ever stop coming at me?"

[Scene 3: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 132]

Darkstorm was once again surrounded by four opponents.

"Futility," he smirked as he released a dark burst of energy. "This whole endeavor is futile! When will you invalids learn!?"

[Scene 4: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 129]

Gueta found himself surrounded by five nameless fools. He was not about to lose here, especially when that man was still waiting to be killed at his hand.

[Scene 5: Gekkorp Tower, Outside]

Kitsune clenched his sides which were bloody and bandaged. At least Gekko was paying for any medical attention they needed during the competition.

"Can you stand?" Nurse Insider asked as Kitsune sat up.

"I can try," he winced as he slid down from the stretcher.

"Someone's coming out!" Smudge shouted as he wheeled over to the exit in his wheelchair.

Hope it's not one of ours, Kitsune though to himself. The image of Darkstorm and his awesome power flashed in his mind. He doubted anyone in the group could overcome something that destructive.

To his horror, Jay rolled out in his or her stretcher, beaten bloody with a gaping hole in his chest.

"It's not fatal," Nurse Insider declared as she stuck a needle into Jay's body. "But we might need to resuscitate her." Insider puckered her lips.

"Is that why you're putting on lipstick?" Kitsune scowled with a sweatdrop.

"No, you have to do it," Nurse Insider blinked before tossing her flowing dark hair.

"Wait, what," Kitsune frowned.

"Hurry!" the bearded Dr. Insider shouted from across the room as he dealt with an unconscious Huschel. "You're the only one that can save him or her!"

"Why me?" Kitsune objected.

"Because you share a bond," Dr. Insider shouted proudly. "A bond that can pull one back over from the edge of life and death!"

"Okay, fine," Kitsune sighed, looking down at the unconscious Jay. Only I can do this.

Kitsune took a deep breath and pressed his lips to Jay's, filling his lungs with air as flowers and roses bloomed all around them. Jay coughed mildly before opening his eyes and smiling.

"Guess you didn't need these," Nurse Insider frowned, putting away the defibrillators.

"Kit...sune...," Jay gasped as his breath came back to him. "It's Nami... we have to stop Nami!"

"What happened?" Kitsune frowned.

"She betrayed us," Jay began to cry. "She left for Shuhan Park... We've gotta go after her... and bring her back!"

Kitsune remained silent as Smudge wheeled over. "Wh-what did you say!?"

"She's one of us," Kitsune growled. Come on, you two. We're going... to New Jersey!"

[Scene 6: LAX]

"Alright," Receptionist Insider smiled. "Here are three tickets to Shuhan Park via Sydney and Perth. Your flight is Broceanic 816. Thank you for choosing Broceanic Airlines... bro."

"We're in," Kitsune stated dramatically.

"I hope we don't crash on a magic island," Smudge frowned in his wheelchair.

"Quiet, you!" Jay groaned as started wheeling him to the terminal.

"Don't tell me what I can't do!" Smudge pouted, crossing his arms childishly. "Wait, why are we going to Australia?"

[Scene 7: Gekkorp Tower, Floor 123]

MEANWHILE IN RELEVANT LAND

Iron Ventriloquist emerged from the elevator.

"Ventie!" Ultra Parrot hailed his companion. "You stopped here too, huh?"

"Don't tell me we gotta duke it out, yo," Ventie sighed, relieved when they discovered two elevators going up.

"Not so fast."

Ventie and Parrot turned around to see Eerie and JC standing before them.
