I'm pretty sure that it's still the same glasses he's wearing. Otherwise showing them in the flashback would be redundant imo.

Regarding your other comment- initially I thought about giving you a legitimate answer but to be honest they simply suck. That's why they give us a retarded amount of filler episodes.
