He would do the same thing with just scarring her by burning the mark. It would appear as a scar, thus not having the symbol.

As you see on the page, the scar doesnt look like a sun, the thing fisher tiger is marking her with doesnt look a sun. And you would think the mark of the sun would only be added with putting sunny waves around the circle. And he doesnt say that it he branded her with the sun. As he is returning her homewithout his protection it wouldnt help having a sun mark connecting her to fisher tiger. I dont think he has, that would have been made as a bigger deal. But I think it is possible it will happen later in the story.

Thx Shinkai and Enzeru 4 answering my "Reverie"-question. I also looked up a german trans of that chap and "Reverie" was translated into "Dream" there. Stoopid.
But I already thought it has sth to do with a seat in the WG. Kinda like the G8-summit in the real world, but with every kingdom that is part of the the WG.
Yeah, so if Tiger fucks up with a few tenryuubito that Reverie seems to be far in the distance.

Dude, he obviously marked her with the sun, not for sake of it, but to cover the slave mark. The issue of having a "connection" to Tiger is easily overlooked with clothes on, something that a girl mostly has no probs with.
