Momonga is the best choice, that's for sure. I'll certainly vote for him; the man is freaking awesome, probably my favourite vice admiral.

Also, surprised Bogart did so good. With so many little panel time he's been given I think it's safe to say the guy has presence. If Oda gives him even a little fight somewhere in time, it would be beyond awesome. Bogart deserves it. His hat deserves it even more.
