That wasn't the problem for why it didn't get released in america. It's because funi has the rights in america and toei would have to split the money with them which they don't want to do

I know that was a reason why unlimited cruise didn't get sent over. Adventure cost them too much because they had to dub it due to funi's rights so they didn't bother with cruise but that meant no american release. It could've been different with america and i don't think it mattered how far behind because UK got it (kinda) and were a month behind america and other european countries are only up to volume 58 last i checked (august)
