Hmm, about accessory ... it depends. Sometimes I draw it completely by hand, sometimes I *re*draw it by hand (like when the reference image doesn't have good quality) and most of the times I just take a random image google spit out, cut out the part I want and tweak it so that it fits my 'tori. Most of the time that requires partly redrawing the thing I try to fit in.
... now you know just how lazy I am.
