Just like you would upload a regular avatar.

As long as you follow the rules (The maximum size of your custom image must be 150 by 150 pixels or 97.7 KB [whichever is smaller]), it should work just fine.

There's an option at the avatar selection where you can just give a link. Try that. The size of the gif is within the limits, so it should work.

That worked! thanks now I got a Hattori of the Kurogami avatar....now even the renagades of the govt (like Lucci & Jabra) are havign a temorary alliance. People think that Blackbeard or Lucci are the leaders of the new Kurogami Syndicate ... but its actually Hattori with afro power....

YES... its a diabolical plan .... notice the lights behind...focus on the lights....

One reason I liked the Jabra one was the tail & ears=

'course to fit a girl, I'd need no 'ctache or goatee or scar lol Yea, I saw that catman giant tori. I'm acutally interested in a tori that me (female) and is more feline-like.
Reason why? I've used the winged cat image for myself for a while. I've not used it too much here but after the tourney I likely go back to using one of my winged kitties pic (current using in sig) for an avatar ... unless I request a special tori by then lol
