I really like Chopper's Jolly Roger, that pink and big smile make it look really creepy though.

Your sig would be good if it were only Usopp, Sanji, Brooke, and Carrot. The others are definitely "nice try" material. I mean, if you can't get blue skin or green hair for example, it just says "Hey, look at my failed attempts at making Miis look like all these characters, which I included anyway because I didn't want to be missing anyone" :P
