One Piece: Musou/Pirate Warriors - PS3

I always thought Unlimited Cuise was dynasty warriors type of game, but hell, since Namco Bandai never released it hear I guess I can't really say it based on playing, but watching video's on youtube.

Well I never played Unlimited cruise but from the gameplay videos I have seen it doesn't look like it.

If it is a One Piece version of Dynasty Warriors, as it appears to be, it will be something like this or similar:

If it's anything like the Unlimited games, I'll pass. Boring weak repetitive combat, shallow exploration, and the occasional cool cutscene. Still waiting for a good OP fighting game.

It's when TGS is. There'll most likely be a trailer of some sort. We'll have to wait and see if it'll be anything worthwhile or just a teaser, but last year's TGS did have the reveal trailer for Gundam Musou 3, and there was plenty of gameplay in it.

This game will probably have many playable characters,like Mr.3 and Foxy.Just like the dynasty warriors series.
And playing as Ace in this game will be so awesome.

Pretty sure Sabaody was shown in the scan as well. So it wouldn't be all Marineford I'm sure...I've never really played any OP game sadly.

If it was going to be *all* Marineford, we wouldn't have post timeskip characters.

And apparently its going to cover the whole story to date? Thats really hard to believe, but... maybe?

Honestly, the only characters I can think of (Marines notwithstanding) that appeal to this kind of playstyle would be Moriah and Bege.

Are you serious?
There's only been two games so far that featured rescuing Ace: Gigant Battle and Unlimited Cruise SP.
And the Marineford Mode in SP wasn't even that prominent. It was only a special edition.

This is One Piece Musou,so it wont be only Marineford arc,it will be a mix of the arcs.
Like dynasty warriors gundam,it doesn't focus on only one of the series it's a mix of them.

It is believable to have everything so far. I've never really played dynasty warriors but from what i've seen you could have like 1 level for each major island. The total levels would come to about 22 (25 if some places like alabasta and skypeia have 2 levels) and i think that's reasonable and if there's usually about 60 characters in DW then it is also doable

I am greatly disappointed on what they "revealed" after the countdown. I expected a few screenshots or at least a teaser trailer so that we could get desperate for TGS to come.
