One Piece Opening 15: "We go!" by Hiroshi Kitadani

I kinda hoped it would have been another WE ARE but another new song by the same pepole who did the origional we are is even better.
I'm quite used to fight together by now that it has been growing on me first i was like what is this ? but i really like it now, but finaly time for a new one i'd say.

However the new song goes, I hope they go all out and go crazy with the instruments, like the random music used here in this game trailer:



Also, I know they already redid it in opening 8 (Jungle P,) but I really want another "Luffy runs off a cliff and grabs the ship" beginning. And, we may be getting this, but I wanna actually hear "One Piece!" at the start like in We Are. The other openings, while good, never felt like actual themesongs because of this in my opinion. One more thing, I kinda want Toei to finally return to having "speeches" at the beginning of opening themes like the first 3 openings. I mean, at 2 minutes and 30 seconds, a short epic speech is not too much to ask for its it?

Me too *sigh*. Does anybody know if they make announcements for ending songs in anime, just like opening songs? Cuz ending songs usually change more frequently so I'd think it would be a hassle.

I am so super freaking hyped for this though, holy crap. I have never looked so forward to an opening song before lol.

This news makes me so happy! I was so disappointed with the re-done We Are we got toward the end of Thriller Bark, there's no way this could be as big a let down as that.

I don't know, but I imagine a "ONE PIECE!" could easily be sung at around 0:12 right at the "high point" and right before that break in the music. Kinda like how most anime have that "break" when the logo is shown.

Please god, let that music be bgm to the opening theme. That music sounds amazing.

I was pretty sure that the Gigant Battle 2 video could be the instrumental for the new opening a while ago...

I know that nothing is confirmed, but if you listen closely to the two sounds of the trumpet at the end, they could be sung together with the words 'We Go!'.

Anyway who the hell knows, it just seems over the top to have that kind of music for the Gigant Battle 2 trailer, however it does kick ass!

Don't know if this is true, but this spanish site, mentions that in the small interview Shonen Jump did to kitadani, he describes that "We Go" can be considered as a sort of response song to "We Are".
If this is true, I'll be interesting to compare the lyrics of both songs, and see how they relate to each other.....

I want them to animate the color pages first, and then play the new opening. And have the 598 colorspread animated somewhere in the opening itself. That would be epic.

There are better ways to waste time.
For example, well-paced implied filler, stretching out scenes in a way that isn't annoying, endings...
