Finals are Done, Semester is Over, and now I can have ALL time I need to swing back into the Monthly!

Writing has been the only desire constantly plaguing the back of my mind for these last Three Weeks! All this need to write, to create has been pent up inside me so damn much, so I'm really glad to finally have some legitimate time off to work on my fictional stories and the like.

I would love to have something done, but unfortunately work is taking up a huge amount of my time and I need to get a report and an essay done before the 30th. It bugs me, but that's the way it is this month, unfortunately. :/

I love the idea of a prompt, however. Please have one again in some other month when I can participate! :D And I hope the "one or two small goals" like the subtle joke and touching moment of last month will be applied again sometime. :>

Sofa isn't weird, it just the fact that the word was used three times (I think, I didn't check again) in such a short amount of time. I don't know if other readers notice that sort of things as much as I do, though. But I noted that. It's not that important though. I guess you could replace it once with 'piece of furniture' or something and it would do the trick.

I liked the characters' superficiality ! It didn't bother me at all. It felt natural considering the circumstances and you gave hints about their personality so it was really enough. Of course I'd expect more in later chapters.

I really liked your story and I should say that I also gave all the entries for boyfriend to read and yours was his favorite as well.

Hey, it's okay, I just wanted to reply to my reviews properly for once! I will remember not to repeat words so much in the future. I hate it when I constantly write about doors, for example, but hopefully I've handled that a bit better.

Well, don't think I'm just a noob that entered once and won't ever enter again T_T. It's just that Kenny (i think) told me to do a short chapter, and I decided to do a really short chapter that is only 4 or 5 times bigger than the other one. It is completed, but I need to review it and... I'll try to do it until the last day of May. Vacations are starting though so I should write more often in the following monthes. :3

Yeah, I'm a boy. I just finished playing the 1st route of the Visual Novel, though. Couldn't resist having Saber in my set :3.

The achievements thing is just trying to accomplish two small, optional goals in whatever piece of writing you're submitting for the monthly. They're usually small things like what Kitsune posted above. They don't really affect anything, they're just there if you want to challenge yourself.
