Tons of information coming your way. I have some really exciting news along with some not-so-exciting news (it's all subjective). First things first, I've been talking to RPGJay about doing Author Interviews. If at all possible, I would love for all of our writers (anyone that's written at least one piece of work) to volunteer and participate in this. From there, Jay will merge all of the interviews together and we'll have video recordings of all of you giving us feedback and answering questions about your work. It's a collaborative effort that I would love for us all to come together and do.

For our regular readers, I've been toying with the idea of giving you guys your own videos as well. Anything like a personal reading (kinda like Kitsune did once) or a review of a story or maybe even an interview from the reader's perspective, anything at all could turn out interesting. I want to know what all of you think of the idea. I think this is a great opportunity for us to become closer as a community and do something a little more personal. But moreover, I think it would just be fun overall.~

And as promised from the video, the two achievements for the month of July will be:

Finish the score: Interpret as you see fit. Either grant a character comeuppance over another (revenge) or literally mention a sports game's finishing score.

Music to my ears: Describe any heavenly sound.

We've made a lot of progress with the Monthly and I want to mention again just how amazed I am that everyone can get together like this and mutually strive towards the same goal. I respect each and every one of you, don't ever be fooled by my constructive (or de-constructive) criticism. You all have the makings of a wonderful author and I look forward to continue reading all of your works.

Nah, seriously, this is a great idea methinks. Besides, deep down in my heart resides not only Sniper Island but a major camera whore. I want to do that editing procedure video someday and I'd love to answer questions as well, though I give no promises of the answers being good or even making sense.
