Because the unmasked character is to destructive in combat.

OR he is a mexican pro wrestler who got hurt in his last match.
Because he has such a big ego that wants to start fights everywhere he goes, his manager(a rather wise man) told some of his men to protect him until he is completely healed.
For that three other minor pro wrestler dressed up as docs and a professional doc is with him to aid the patient.

This thread gave me an idea. My new personal goal is to design 1000 new characters by the time I reach the age of 20 (which is January 7 next year). And I will see whether I have surpassed Obata, Inoue and Oh Great in term of art at that point.

Hrm.

This is supposed to be the other POV to juxtapose Udvarlas, but I don't even have a name for her yet.
All I can say is that she's the Captain America to his Red Skull, except she's weak.
She's hiding an escapee from the camp Udvarlas works for in her house. Basically she ultimately wants to get her out of there in a really hostile environment Ur could use to his advantage.
The part on the right is a possible scene between the two.
Who knows if I'll keep this design? I'd go into further detail but this is all I have the time and patience to type right now.
Oh, and she's 24 despite how young she looks. She's on the short side.
