The details are extremely awesome. And that black knight dude remembers me of Cecil.
By the looks of it, must be a monthly, it's difficult to maintain such level of design in a weekly release.

I always have high expectations for Murata's art. He's one of the best of this generation's for a damn solid reason. But this is somewhat beyond my expectations. Awesome or awful story, I will be reading this for the art anyway.

Young Jump's preview talks about a one shot with art by Murata and story by ONE sheduled for issue #06-07, which will be out on the 4th of january. This is probably it. If we are lucky and some scanlation team quickly picks this up, we might have it before New Year. But that's too optimistic.

By the way, Young Jump is Shueisha's weekly seinen magazine, serializing badass, no-nonsense manga like Real, Tough, Sidooh, Liar Game and Zetman. And fucking Gantz, but exceptions only prove the rule, right?

Well...I guess I'm a bit disappointed that it will be a oneshot, but that might increase the quality of the art. Can't wait to check out the raw in January and hopefully someone will translate it soon after. And hey, maybe it will spawn an awesome series too!

Without knowing the contents it's hard to guess an appropriate title but the literal translation would be "Heroes of the surging waves".
Sounds a little weird but whatever.
怒濤 translates to surging waves/raging billows. 勇者達 means heroes.

Loved Eyeshield. Loved Murata's art. Loved the pics. Loving the vibe I'm getting. Don't think the writing'll suffer too much without Inagaki (hope so anyway). Definitely want to check this out!
