No, it hasn't. Oda already corrected Zoro's false one and in this case has shown all bounties. Everyone was the same expect of Luffy's. But maybe this are the new bounties already after their comeback at SA

I'm just saying the 2 times Oda has shown Franky's bounty since the skip it has been hidden. The Marines knew it was Franky who trespassed in Vegapunks lab and probably assumed it was him who blew it up. Wasn't Franky's antics considered some great tragedy? Not to mention every other Straw Hat has had their bounty shown very cleary but Franky. It very well may be nothing, but Oda sure did keep his number hidden very deliberately.

First I didn't get the point of those whales at all, but then I understood:
When they entered GL, they found one whale, Laboon.
No when they were entering NW, they found many whales.
This means the NW is many times harder than first half GL.

Nevertheless this chapter feels like Oda asked Toei how to make a filler.
But lol at Luffy punchin the blob fish who got eaten by a fish which got also eaten by an even bigger fish.

Post timeskip volumes have info of the Strawhats with their bounties labeled next to their name at the beginning of the book. Other than Luffy's bounty, the rest of the crew has the same bounty.

Franky's bounty not showing is most likely just a coincidence.

I have a feeling Oda originally wanted Zoro and possibly Franky to have some kind of bounty raise, but realized it wouldn't make sense if everybody thought the Straw Hats were dead or under the radar for the past two years. Just a feeling though with no evidence to back it up.

Nice breather chapter with fun little interactions. I wonder if we will find out about the Florian Triangle mystery soon even though Lola and the Risky Brothers are at Water 7 right now.

Its not impossible that Smoker is gonna ambush them on the next island. He will probably guess that Luffy was gonna chose the most dangerous island.
He actually knew by a pure hunch that Luffy was heading to rainbase in the Alabasta arc.

Seeing Zorro do a 360 pound canon with one sword has me thinking that most of his training the last two years were more on focusing on the strength and destructive force of his techniques.

Like some of the few members I am a little disappointed in the chapter but only because I was expecting to see how the rest of the world was(Supernova, coby, crocodile, doflamingo.) but I guess that will probably be next chapter and I get that they would not have just appeared in the new world just like that Oda had to show the journey there, and I really hope they go to the lightning island.

Just out curiosity, I went out to see what was chapter 327 about, since we are at 654. It was the SH meeting with Galley-La :O

I am amazed! It took 327 chapters to get to the Water 7 arc and the same amount to go from W7 to NW? It sure looks like the first half was much more eventful.

Thats quite a point, but maybe he stretches himself like a flyin squirrel to protect the others from the lightnings (there has been a cover picture of him that way - flyin with a flyin squirrel and he stretched his entire skin like a hang glider).

And I hope we will get all these sea dangers shown in the future. Remember when Zeff said that Grand Line is hell? And yet I did not really feel it, because sea dangers were rarely shown. I hope this time we will get more nature trying to get rid of pirates. And not only on sea. We can't leave this things to anime fillings - they rarely take initiative where they can make interesting filler.

Zeff actually said some called the Grand Line a "Paradise" and some the "Pirate's graveyard". So the fact that the first half wasn't "that" dangerous, makes sense. Makes me wonder if he actually made it to the New World or near the New World.
