Looking through past chapters, it doesn't seem that Law has the ability to allow other parts of the body that have been cut off to speak. Unless Law improved his ability, to allow consciousness of the person to link to the other body parts, or someone else has an ability very similar to Law's.

The Samurai speaking could be just an extend of CoO, or the upper half speaks literally and because of CoO Luffy + co are able to hear that even from the lower body. This sounds very fishy, but c'mon, a guy with almost the same ability with the only difference that the sliced parts can speak? Thats way more lame than Daruma's and Miss Xmas' similarities.
Third possibility: Law attached Samurai's mouth on his ass, but yeah, decide 4 yourself what to believe...

I dont think law would be a shibuki for two reasons 1 because he was there when the terunbito was punched by luffy and they lablled him as an accomplice. 2 because he rescued luffy from marineford and is one of the main reason he still alive.

So there is a new Shichibukai called "M", can't think it's buggy but it would be funny if it is.
It's probably because the original bounties are so low, maybe except Sanji's which is new world rookie level at 77M, gonna be funny when they realize they've captured part of the Straw Hat pirates ... I don't think their boss will like it, but if he does he's a fool.
Also I agree with Zacho, the only person that we've seen having a "Bara Bara" effect on people is Law, there is no one else...

It's not only that the samurai got sliced but he got also ATTACHED to the dragon. I'd say Vegapunk managed to transfer Law's ability sumhow but then the Shichibukai thing would make no sense.
And if Law AND Buggy are shichibukais now I wonder how the wg decide who they promote as shichis...

Anyway, yeah, I also think that Law and his crew could be in this island and also his power could make that samurai's body split in half and seeming alive after that.

However, I doubt the samurai got his body split because of Law. It could be done by a Shichibukai (Possibly a new Shichibukai?), seeing how the samurai's lower half is now looking for that 'foolish Shichibukai' and possibly the latter is the one who split the samurai's body in half and might be the cause of what happen in Punk Hazard?

But why should he call that he gets attacked by a samurai if he is a samurai himself?

I have the feeling that Legs talking is going to be something silly like a one way Den Den Mushi in his pocket. ( If it is Law who did it, Law probably switched some other body parts around. So the Samurai could literally be talking out of his @$$)

I was kinda sad to see the dragon die so fast, though I suppose that leaves it open for more to appear in the New World. "Straw hats kill last of Dragon kind." just doesn't sound right hehe.

Excellent chapter, really getting hooked. I wonder if Robin learned much about the New World groups while she was with the rebels during the past two years. Maybe she'll have some insight about "M".

It looks like Zoro used Ryuma's sword to slice off the dragon's head. (Though he had Kuina's sword in his mouth at the time to fend off the dragon,) Iai are drawing techniques and his panel before and after looks like it was a One Sword Style lightning speed draw and re-sheath. It is really amusing to see him casually falling afterwards with his hands behind his head. Shusui seems to be Zoro's goto sword for large attacks like Mihawk's.

Anyway lol at Luffy's infamous question and Zoro slicing the Dragon a la Ryuuma (seems dragons of the new world are no sea monster fodder.I wonder if making them kill the dragon is also to get them into shit later). I also think that Law is the shichibukai behind the Samurai's condition we still dn't know what Law meant by taking his time to steal the throne properly(become PK) he could have been up to a million of things to get to his goal. Lol Soul King when are you going to wake up and eeck what does Master do with his victims is he the eating or experiment type? So many factions involved for an island supposed to have been deserted 4 years ago wtf is going on(and how big is it where is that volcano). The involvement of Smoker shows there is stuff to be discovered by him either the WG/marine heads gave a false version of what was done on the island or they closed it officially but are still present.

Huh when the samurai is pulled out it leaves no traces but how does this stuck thing work there is no hole does it have to do with the power of whoever stuck him there or does the dragon's skin regenerate?Must be the former like with Buggy. Seeing how the Samurai rushes and claims he will not let his target get away is the shichibukai still present somewhere on the island?on which side is the ship anchored?or is it a submarine trololol.

U mean the samurai got sliced by (let's say sum shichi like) Doflamingo and then Law appeared to attach his lower half to the dragon? I'm afraid that doesn't sound too well.
If there is a seperated body part that is still moving AND attached to anything the evidence scream "It was Law!".
We can cross out Buggy or a Logia user because unless the dragon has ultrasticky sweat on his skin, Buggy or any Logia user could have released themselves from this state.
And we can cross out that this (obviously) Samurai got sliced from anyone but Law, because otherwise that lower half hasn't been able to move or even run.
Question is who is "M" and who called for help? It was either a henchman of Law ("crew", "boss") or "M".
There is a single chance that Law is "M", cause he is a surgeon and if he is now a shichibukai he could use Vegapunk's technologies of transferring DFs (like Kizaru's beams, not Spandam's sword). For such a thing he could use people for medical experiments (pirates prefered).

If Law saw the PXs at the war he maybe got interested in them and how Vegapunk managed to built a whole human. Any medic would want to know how that's done. For that reason he may have joined the shichibukai (if u look for any reason why Law should join the shichibukai).
