So much stuff going on in this chapter. Maybe the master was in cahoots with VegaPunk 'till something went wrong? I can't tell is that slime-like thing is the master or something the master uses for communication, though. Knowing Oda, nothing is impossible.

Also, that bird woman looks more and more like a harpy.

Oh man this chapter was pretty damn radical.

I'll go into much more detail after a good nights rest but casually cutting to Luffy beating up a centaur was the funniest One Piece moment in quite some time.

Good chapter, yet frustrating. There mysteries keep getting built up, or more stuff is getting added. On top of a shichibukai and this weird organization, Smoker already has the island in sight. It keeps things interesting, but I was hoping we'd at least see Biscuit's room seeing as that's the name of the chapter.

Great chapter. Highlights:

- Perona on the cover
- Kids' reaction to Franky
- "I was hit by a woman! A warrior's shame! I wish to cut my belly!"
- Strong Right is back!
- "It'd be nice if they weren't shot full of holes."
- Smoker and Tashigi have arrived on PH
- Judging by him being referred to as "geezer", it seems Vegapunk is old. I pictured him as a man that was around Franky's age.

Punk Hazard just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to see what next week has to offer...

Kidding aside: from what we learnt this chapter it seems that the mask guys are not governmental and if they're governmental, their actual activities are not allowed.
The kids sumhow were taken to this islands to "cure" them (@ least thats the false pretence).
This "noodle"-master isn't good with Vegapunk.
Are they experimenting with hybrids (crossing animals and humans).

We have at least 2 or 3 different parties without SHs or Smoker. The shichi, the Wanos and this master. IDK if "Harpy" works under him too.

Still I think Law is behind that cutting thing. Or this "Noodle-master is the actual shichibukai with almost the same ability as Law (would be lame).
Or - if Doflamingo has sum "String"-DF - this is Doflamingo's "Full-String-form" and he is the mastermind behind that all, but thats not very likely.

And Franky's Strong Right = Super Awesum!!!
