Thanks for the answer Chibi. Yeah, I was kinda expecting that also, but prefered to confirm it first. Animation is kinda sucky and they threw a somewhat fuck logic to it in some parts also. Oh well.

Well, I will admit that this special looks more interesting than the one last year. However, and I'll apologize to Toriko fans here, but the Toriko characters just bore me. I just can't get into them, and I don't like when leads are incredibly muscular either like Toriko. I'll watch this for the One Piece characters though, and it looks like all the Straw Hats will get a decent amount of screentime and interactions with the Toriko cast.

Nate does good with animation, but his still shots are always shit.

Same here, and the anime version doesn't help. I think the voice acting work in Toriko goes from weak (like the lead himself) to really annoying (like Komatsu).
I don't think i'm gonna bother watching this..

Like the first crossover this one was also decent imo.It was fun to watch but thats pretty much it.Some stupid shit happened here and there but w/e ,we will get our normal episode next week.

The only part that made me laugh so hard was last shot where straw hats are on the back of sunny.Check brooks head, its sideways.That made me laugh so hard :D i'll get a screencap if i can.

I have to stand up for toriko. It really is fantastic - second after one piece. It's more the world, the fights and interesting story building rather than character personality which makes it amazing. I hope the crossovers with one piece will make it more popular.

Worst One Piece animation ever at times a good part wasn't even made by Toei in Japan just handled by there crappy studio in the Philippines i had high hopes the quality would be decend since Toei's last DBZ special was pretty good.

And why din't Funi stream it they have the rights to Toriko now or is it only for the fact that there still behind on Toriko ?

At least my Japanese has inproved a bit since last year,at times i knew almost what was exactly going on.
The story itself wasn't that good though it was somewhat touching for me since since Chopper is my favourite (Anime) character but what was it anyway that let him get that disease woudn't it make much more sense if nami got it or something ?
Still looking somewhat forward to a subs version which seems to take ages.
