Wow, Robin and Nami are brutal in this one.
So as I thought, NHC10 is a fictitious drug that Chopper knew about, makes sense.
I don't see any mention of amphetamines that were brought up in the spoiler thread though?

Well the chapter was quite good and the pacing is good as always. This arc starts to be really interesting now. I really wonder why does Law cooperate with Ceasar Clown. Magellan looks badass with the scar and I'm happy that he's still in Impel Down.

Given Caesar's manipulative nature displayed so far, I think it's likely he is promising (possibly falsely) something to Law in exchange for his services on the island, probably to do with Law's crew.

Seems like they rushed this one quite a bit.
Where was meth supposed to have been mentioned?
Looking at the brothers, I think what looks like tricornes on their heads are actually their ears sticking out.

How could Zoro lose so easily? Brook is really strong too. And even a compromised Sanji should be formidable. This feels weird. I hope we learn in greater detail what happened to those three when they encountered the brothers.

The Yeti brothers could be prototypes for CC's experiment due to their big size. Judging from the effects, looks like CC is trying to create a super soldier serum that increases the body size and strength as shown with the test subjects. Maybe they took those 3 by surprise.

Looks like Zoro, Sanji, and Brook were defeated off-panel.

And Brook, Sanji, and Zoro were unscathed; Zoro didn't even have his swords drawn. Seems more likely that they wandered into some sleeping gas or that the Yeti brothers have some sort incapacitation technique.

In the middle panel Chopper uses the word 覚醒剤 which aohige says it means strong stimulents like meth

覚せい剤 isn't just any stimuant, it normally refers to type of strong stimulent narcotics. Basically, meth.
That's why there's debate in Japanese forums on validity of the spoiler, as well as the actual use of the word.
If One Piece actually had kids injected with these, and actually called it "kakuseizai", PTA would raise hell.
It'd be like having a Batman episode where bunch of kids were injected with meth.

We don't know if Chopper actually identified the drug as 覚醒剤, or the spoiler provider just calling it that.

The word meth isn't specifically written in the chapter, but it's implied.
By the way the formule for meth is C10H15N while Oda write NHC10, he erased the 15 and disordered the letters.
