The focus is "family" huh? Might be good...no harm in following it for awhile.

Seems somewhat interesting I suppose, going to give it a chance and see where it goes before I really make any sort of judgement on it.
"How do you think a real-life man can become a fictitious man? The answer is simple. One must eliminate everyone who knows him, everyone who knows his past.
One must simply be the only one who exsists..."
With the more orthodox setting, an established unique fighting style/powerup source for the main character, and (sigh) a male main character, Bulge does seem to be playing it more safe than Zoo. But I'm just in this for the humor, imagination and artstyle.
Watching the protagonists battle a Gangster Orca villain is some of the most fun I've gotten from a manga in a while.

Oumagadoki Zoo. I've had the protagonist from that series, Aoi Hana, as my avatar like three times. I think I'm due for another Hana icon.
True about the manic energy. I love how the Alien Duke just randomly blows smoke out of his chin, and flips off the reader-with both hands!-as he's firing his laser.
And I like how both Zoo and Bulge have, instead of sulky/hyperactive/fight happy mains, just honest to god likeable people.

Hadn't expected him to start a new series this fast after Oumagadoki, but I'm certainly not complaining.
I'm definitely going to give this a chance if things stay this good.

So: This started off with the gintama premise, Aliens invade and bull poeple. Then it went into the prince swapping story that is terribly clichè, only to kill the real prince (who seemed like a gay douche (seriously, why the hell would he not want to *censored* girls all day?)). Then we had the whole "i'm stuck in a bad situation i can't come out of". Then a D.Grayman-ish weapon appears and the guys hand turns into something weird that is uber powerful. Ultimately the author f*cks the rules by making the fake prince become the real prince via his heart. Overall, I like it.

ah, looks like i read it wrong. i guess my mind automatically assumed prince = getting to do it with everygirl in the palace...
EDIT: screw that, I added a "don't" while reading so "I want to live like that" became "I don't wanna live like that". Geez, being the prince must be boring as hell.

I saw someone talking about this on another forum. I think this really does have potential if only because it's in a sci-fi universe and not some typical RPG one. Will follow!

Definitely looks interesting. However one thing I really hope doesn't happen is some cliche plot twist where it turns out Astro is the real prince's idenical twin who was separated from him at birth or something like that. Especially afraid of this as Astro seems to be an orphan. It isn't gamebreaking, but it'd be nice to have him be some random guy who just happened to get thrown into this situatio rather than the true heir to the throne who somehow ended up on the streets
