CC has really started to become a fantastic antagonist. He's such a crazy, manipulative bastard and his power is the freakin' coolest. The arc tiself has really grown to be much bigger than anticipated. What was looking to be a fun side-adventure has grown to a hgue conspiracy with shickibukai involved left and right and now a video conference for all the udnerworld big wigs. It's so awesome.

Looks like Caribou is chasing a mermaid...likely trying to capture some. Maybe it will as others guessed, it'll show Caribou''s attempt to delivier the info of Shirahoshi being an ancient weapon to "that guy"

This was probably the worst possible translation.I appriciate their work but really what I understand is that the guys are really rushing things and make dumb mistakes like "stray hat pirates","bounty logia(?)" and other silly stuff.Nevertheless good chapter,which pretty much ready us for the main event of the arc.

with Luffy that weak how is he supposed to protect his nakama? Oda drawed him smiling in an actually bad situation and let him "forgot" what he has been going through... His nakama could have easily been killed though... nothing really changed?

Makes sense. But it is a confirmed cover story? Because I actually don't know what this means: "Short time collection of covers".

The other cover stories had the title on the pages, and I doubt Oda calls a cover story: "screams resound in the mermaids bay"

And if this is issue 20, where is 1-19? Confusing.

By the way,if you pay close attention to the figures in the back on the cover page you can see Caribou terrorising mermaids.His clothes actually make him shine.

This has nothing to do with their training, Ceasar took away their air to breathe. We saw plenty of pretty awesome progress from Luffy this arc, he was kicking Ceasar's ass fairly easily till he used his ability.
