Episode 1 maybe, Episode III was just as cheesy as MK was.


Anyway, the worst video game movie to me is Double Dragon... A video game with a realistic premise.... a simple story... it should've been a B- action flick... instead we got... "It hurts to live Abobo", and LOL magic.

Where did that even come from?

I know a lot of people would say mario (and it IS bad).. but look at what they had to work with. There's no excuse for Double Dragon. AT. ALL.

That said, I don't hate the resident evil series, and tomb raider 1, they aren't anything to write home about.. but they were watchable.

Despite its cheesiness, Mk was better directed and had a better story. The fight scenes felt real (no bad cgi), there was actually a villain introduced who does something bad, there were actually character arcs, surpising good performance from Robin Shou (I like the scene when he says good bye to his brother). At many instances, I was laughing painfully during episode 3 cause how bad and comical some of the scenes were (Yoda pushing Palpatine, Anaking saying "liar", the its because I am so in love and so on).

The guy is right on the money and this article perfectly works for the Resident Evil series.

The Silent Hill film is bar far the best video game adapted movie. That's a good film.
