They give you elemental immunity.
the immunity fruits work separatly from other devil fruits. You can have a normal devil fruit power and an immunity devil fruit power. Notice that logia and some paremacia fruits (rubber is immune to electricity for example) also give elemental immunity. In that case you can't eat one of theese (just to make it equilibrated).

There's already a Stupi stupid fruit, I created it (search it in this threat) it turns your enemy into a stupid morron, (yours afect you). But is nice...
