Naw, from the way I understand it, he has to do the damage to himself or the area around him and then it will hit his opponent. Though Hawkins, on the other hand can turn random people into bodies prior to a battle and then use them like extra lives in a nes game. Keep in mind, Oda hasnt explained how the voodoo forms affects his attack power though, I thought it was just to use those nails to make new bodies, but how would that hurt Kizaru.

This fruit seems more focused on offense with little to no defense, maybe even negative defense when he hits himself. So yea, this is a pretty cool idea though it does seem to be a bit OP.

Mizu-mizu no mi (Water water fruit) So I would have a logia power and water won't affect me, fishman would have that disadvantage, I can drown anyone I want, I can even suffocate a fish in water by molding the water pressure around their neck, I can create an ocean out of nothing, create tsunamis like whitebeard, or just creating a water-collosal-monster I would control

I can make water cold or hot, so I would be making the same as the aokiji, or I could evaporate, I can make the water evaporate and create heavy clouds, everyone knows when clouds collide, a lightning happens, because there is always a lot of energy to release, so I could strike people with lightning, which would be nothing for luffy or enel but whatever.

I can even make a distance between microscopic water particles, and by making them fly in the air I could mix cold air and hot air which would origin tornados, I could generate MASSIVE tornados!

Could drown the entire world under water, is there any man that wants to make a stand against me? I doubt ;)

Tori Tori no Mi (Bird Bird fruit), Model: Parrot: Allow the user to change into a parrot or into a half-parrot/half-human. Also allow the user to imitate most voices and sounds with good accuracy, even in full human form. Eaten by my OC Graciella, a new member of the Buggy pirates

Mori Mori no Mi (from "Kumori" meaning "Bat" so it's the Bat Bat fruit), Model: Vampire Bat: Allow the user to change into a vampire bat or into a half-vampire bat/half-human. Also give the user sharp canines and the ability to feed on blood without getting sick, even in full human form. Eaten by my OC Karmine, a member of Crocodile's new pirate crew.

Paramecia:
Ribon Ribon no Mi (Ribbon Ribbon fruit): Allow the user to create and control ribbons made of a strong fabric from any parts of their body. They also can choose the colors of the ribbons before creating them and make them stick together to create clothes. Eaten by my OC Mitsuko, a former Cipher Pol 8 and now CP9 agent.

Logia:
Sumi Sumi no Mi (Ink Ink fruit): Allow the user to control, produce and change his body into ink. Eaten by my OC Lyn, a Marine's Commodore.

Im playing an original One Piece character in a home brew RP game, and he ate the Kyo Kyo no Mi (Big Big Fruit)

He make any part of his body (yes, any part) bigger, as well as inanimate objects and other people. So he can either punch with large fist and feet, or he can make things like rocks and guns bigger for greater effect. Pulls out a pistol, now its the size of a cannon. He has to touch things to make them bigger, and it can only grow as big as a Giant or in proportion to a giant. So a rock can only be as big as a rock in a giant's hand. He can make a ship bigger, but only til its the size of a OP universe giant. Probably able to make things even bigger as his ability progresses. Really versatile and fun ability

User can pause time itself for 5 seconds to dodge any attack or get closer to opponent. There should be some limitation like once in 30 seconds.

Can sprout 4 large tentacles from back, which can stretch and regenerate at will. They can, however, be restrained.

Actually, that's a bad idea to have in One Piece. Imagine what the internet would come up with...

Bashi Bashi no Mi - Paramecia.

It would allow the user to change the physical state of whatever he touches. So, he could turn a solid wall into liquid or a gas state, and then pass through it. Or could turn the ground into liquid, and, when enemies fall for it, he could turn it back to solid. Another use I though, was that the user could turn the water in someones body into ice (from liquid to solid) or steam (from liquid to "gas"); like Ao Kije or Crocodile, respectively, could do.

If the user really went for it, he could use it in intangible things...like someone's memories or feelings; more like Kuma does with the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi. For example, the user could froze a memory; then the victim would spit a cube or an sphere and whoever ate it would regain that memory. Something like that.

When the user thouches something, it starts to charge up energy. When it has charged up enough energy, it explodes.

The user can also charge something with electricity, and use it for electrical attacs.

A great fruit to have if you work in a mine or as a tunnel digger or something similar.

Food Food Fruit: Paramecia
Can generate foods or drinks from any part of the body. Food has to have been eaten/drank before. Cannot create simple water. Food is always in it's ready to be eaten form (not raw potatoes, unless you've eaten a raw potato).

Attacks:
Soda Blast - blasts enemy(s) in eyes with fizzy drinks, hurting them
Burning Sensation - generates a hot food and throw it at enemy(s) face(s)
Quick Stab - generates a sharp bone and impales enemy on it
Citric Explosion - generates absurd amounts of citric acid from all over body, as if exploding, melting and stinging enemies in the vicinity

Lucky Lucky Fruit: Paramecia
Allows the user to create and control luck. This helps in a fight by causing guns to jam, random occurrences preventing foes from dropping their weapons, and more. Do note that this fruit would not allow you to jump off a cliff, but rather cause the universe to conspire to not let you fall off in the first place. Falling in water resets your luck so don't expect a rising island of millennial dragons to suddenly save you.

MONEY MONEY FRUIT: Logia
The only fruit that must always be rendered in all-caps, it allows you to turn your body into MONEY. People will challenge you to fights from all around the world, only for them to fight you without using Haki, spreading currency all across the field, having their allies rush in to "clean up", and then feigning defeat and running away. Everyone's a winner!

Peta Peta no Mi (Color-Color Fruit) ['petapeta' is the sound of a paint brush stroking a canvas.]

Model Type: Paramecia

This allows the user to control colors in a vareity of ways. The most common use is the user can change the color of anything they come contact with by either touching it or stroking it like a paint brush. The user is even able to stroke (paint) thin air with whatever they can imagine. The fruit can also be used offensively and defensively by manipulating the density of the colors they produce, from harmless liquid-esque paint, to sticky goo, or to be as hard as iron. The user can also absorb the color from inanimate objects causing them to be white, brittle shells.

Note: I plan on using this fruit later.

Mie Mie Fruit (Triple Triple Fruit)
Allows the user to triple their attributes, either localized to a single limb, or across their whole body. The first technique a Mie Mie user knows how to do is to split into 3 seperate people. The injuries are evenly spread once they merge together, so if one dies, that will just lead to the user being made about 1/3rds (or 2/3rds, if two die) dead once they merge together, and with anime rules, that's something people can recover from. Later on, they will be able to gain 2 extra pairs of arms for powerful close-quarters combat, or triple their size, their muscles, or even their bladder capacity! (when you gotta go...)

Speed Speed Fruit
Allows the user to alter the speed of objects. Unlike the Noro Noro beam, which slows everything down, this ability is dependent on the willpower of the user. Powerful yet slow strikes would be much harder to slow than fast weak ones. Inversely, throwing knives are much easier to accelerate than boulders. The user can also use this as a super-speed technique, or they can slow themselves down for armor.

Swarm Swarm Fruit
One of the weakest Logia types, allows the user to turn into a swarm of locusts. The locusts cannot weigh more than the user's weight, so if locusts are killed, the person will reform injured. However, the locusts can eat to heal the user. As it's a Logia, it is still quite powerful, but it is far weaker than any other Logia seen so far.
