I couldn't find any Thread that talked about the manga sales values that Oricon releases to the public every week, first half and end of the year, so I created this thread.

Shingeki kyojin: Doing really well! The Volume #11 had a great start, better than Naruto last volume(# 65) first week, that only had 621 846 copies. All the other volumes got a boost of around 10k compared with last weeks, probably because of the epic recent episodes. Will Shingeki dethrone One Piece of his 1st place this year?
One Piece: In his second week, Last Volume(#70), sold almost 200k more than this volume(#71), but it seems volume #71 first week only counted 3 days. For One Piece 4 more days is enough for it to sell those missing 200k, so I'm not worried.
Will One Piece release the next Volume before the end of "Oricon year"? That would remove this year handicap.
Ao no Exorcist: Is always good seeing this awesome series doing good. It have his small problems, but overall is still an awesome title(hope it doesn't end being another Naruto or Bleach)
Bleach: It seems Japanese readers don't forgive Bleach and his sells are decreasing once again. With 2 weeks, Volume #60, only sells ~30k more than Volume #59 first week and ~60 less than that Volume second week. Even counting the only 3 days for his first week handicap, I believe that for Bleach that is a significant drop(do you believe that in 4 days bleach is able to sell the ~60k missing? More?).
Kuroko no Basuke: Good seeing it doing well.
Toriko: Good sells, but why don't you do better?
Shokugeki no Soma: Good(Food + Ecchi + story + drawings) = Good Sales!
Haikyuu: Deserve every penny it gets and more! Go, Haikyuu!
One Punch-Man: Like Toriko, is doing really good, but it should/"deserve to" do better! Maybe only have this sales, because is online and don't have as much exposition? Maybe when the anime airs, if ever( I hope, and probably, it will!), the sales increase exponentially (as much as Attack on Titans).
Aku no Hana: Is doing decently. I have to start reading it. The anime wasn't that great. The animation wasn't that good and the 10 minutes silent walks or 10 minutes of nothing were really bad, but overall it was entertaining. Reading the story without those parts, should be great.
Gin no Saji: Doing Great as always. Like the manga chapters, that don't bring many forum discussions, the anime doesn't bring many new readers, at least for now.

Quick question, doesn't Bleach still outsell Toriko?

Bleach individual volumes still sell more than Toriko, but Bleach previous volumes don't sell as much as Toriko, making Toriko being in front of Bleach in the Year and Half Year results! Since 2011.

In the Anime News Network site, a user called pykrete post detailed review about the current sales situation of Shingeki no Kyojin:

    (Credits for Pykrete)
    Quote:
46,132 - average volume (1-8) sales per week, since the premiere (18 weeks); 14 weeks remaining

    year sales
(volumes with all sales in this year)
    764 022, 192 867 - Vol. 11 regular, special edition
    1 478 666, 304 04 - Vol. 10
    1 503 636, 257 12 - Vol. 9

(volumes with sales other than this year)
    838 801 - Vol. 8
    819 181 - Vol. 7, worst sales increase
    822 421 - Vol. 6
    827 955 - Vol. 5
    820 053 - Vol. 4
    823 385 - Vol. 3
    829 185 - Vol. 2
    842 670 - Vol. 1, best sales increase

    10 369 975 - Shingeki 2013 regular edition sales (Oricon)

17m+ - series overall Oricon reported sales, regular edition only
23m+ - series overall reported printed copies

    Milestone - 10 million sold in 2013

Its anime still has 7 episodes left, so we'll probably see Volumes 1-8 each sell a million copies in 2013.

The animation in Aku no Hana was pretty good in the end. It was the art that was horrifying. Manga is much less potato. Would still watch season 2 though.

If SnK tops One Piece I'll eat eat my shorts.

OP #72 will probably be released at the beginning of November, which should add another 2-3 million to its overall sales, thus ensuring that it stays #1.

Even without 72, it will be 1, i don´t know how you guys can expect SnK to have similar numbers.

There are some Japanese geocities sites which record the main shonen magazines titles oricon sales for those interested (google translate and mangaupdate are normally enough to understand how it works)
    Jump : http://www.geocities.jp/jump_manga/
    Magazine : http://www.geocities.jp/magazine_rank/
    Sunday : http://book.geocities.jp/singerberu/
    Gangan : http://www.geocities.jp/gangan_rank/

every volume of SNK is going to reach 2M mark by the end of this year i guess...the way it is getting attention outside Japan is also incredible....this manga rocks though..so deserving...

If One Piece don't get Volume 72 it will only have around 18/19 Million copies sold, unless his previous volumes sell more than in the first half of the year(first half previous volumes = ~5 Millions), something rare for One Piece.
Attack on Titan if it keeps like this it will reach around 17 Million copies. If by some luck, Attack on Titan sell more and One Piece sell less, then by my estimation, is possible, but really difficult, for AOT to surpass OP.

I think the new readers in Japan already catching up to the latest volume, that's why the sales goes down in the last 2 years...
With stable sales @3,3 - 3,5 millions/volume/year, maybe 16-17 millions, that if there're still new readers who still trying to complete their collection...

yup..OP had two years where sell crossed 30M+... most of the 'catch up' was done there..so 15-20M is where it will settle for depending on no. of volume(2 or 3) released...
while SNK has all the past volumes peaking in sell simultaneously...so for this year it will be very close....

Then that means that volume will have 2-3 weeks in the charts that will count as this year. That means 2.5M more for One Piece, making at least 21.5M in sales if the backlog sales is the same as the one made in the first half.

It seems Terra Formars is selling more than Fairy Tail, at least the recent volumes are selling more. It would be cool to be able to see how previous volumes of Terra Formars and Fairy Tail are making.
People like a lot the Black Butler. Is not really my style, but soon or later(Probably later) I will definitely read it.
I want to enter into A Certain Scientific Railgun is prequels and sequels, if they exist, where should I start reading, in which order and should I watch the anime instead of reading the manga?
