I'm actually glad to see they're giving different voice actors to Huey, Dewey, and Louie. Probably an indicator that they're each going to have distinct personalities.

And I'm totally up for Tennant as Scrooge.

I'm willing to give Tennant a shot with embracing a full Scottish accent. But it's still a bit funny how he gets to voice both Scrooge McDuck and Kilgrave in Jessica Jones, which is technically another Disney-owned property.

Tennant also won an Emmy for his voice work for Clone Wars so he's hit the trifecta of major Disney properties.

Impressive. VERY impressive. But it's not just a trifecta though. Until he at least cameos in a Muppets series, there is still work to be done.

Listening to Huyang, I could see Tennant pulling this off.

That's a pretty cool clip. I always like seeing supporting characters knowledgable in tool manufacturing and history getting prominent spotlights.

We could also gauge Tennant's potential from his performance in a Hamlet play during 2009.

As someone who's scarred for life by Tennant's Death by a Thousand Cuts I find this news amusing.

That was posted back in September, by a fan. That's not a legit reveal.

Though given the teasers so far and the cast singing the old tune, it does seem like they're probably going the hew very closely to the original, if not reuse it outright.

They know it's one of the all time greats.

Looks promisingly both very different from the original but close enough to be nostalgic.

Looks good, although Huey, Dewey, and Louie's adult-sounding voices are kind of off-putting to me.

Really liking Tennant as Scrooge though.

Yeah, I'm not that fond of their voices, but better than them all sounding like mini Donalds.
