Not having a 4th pistol means that his bad luck keeps jumping around. He would have been the 4th of the team to die.

Jobin's power isn't much of a surprise but it's nice to have some confirmation. Kind of sad that Ojiro was reintroduced just to die a chapter later though. The plot with Makorin seemed like something that may go somewhere but I guess not.

I wasn't sure about him at the beginning but Jobin has played the role of "tweener" to perfection.

Bummer that the girl lost her mother though.

Great chapter, but I find disturbing how I simply can register in my mind Tsurugi stand abilities. Every single time I go "what were its powers again? Something with people looking like John Malkovich?"

I don't mean to sound like a broken record but, 89 chapters long? Is this series really that long?

For comparison, Steel Ball Run was 95 chapters.

The final boss was dead by this point.

Steel Ball Run also had about 25 or so weekly chapters before Araki switched to monthly, in fairness.

That's about half a year, so 6 chapters in the strict sense, or around 12 in the page count sense.

The Giorno version of the opening is my favorite one. Shame they didn't add more stuff to the epilogue. Also they reused the same bit of music twice when Mista sees Rolling Stones, which came off as silly to me and could have been done better.

Why would she have anything to do with the gang? She's probably off doing her own thing. That ending shot doesn't take place directly after they visit the Coliseum anyway.

My man Giorno looking dapper as fuck in black! There he is, the most powerful canonical character in JoJo in both status and Stand ability.

The finale was a big whatever. Somehow the Rolling Stones bit felt even more awfully timed on the anime.

That said, Vento Aureo was definitely my favorite animated part so far along with Stardust Crusaders - both coincidentally being my least favorites parts in the manga. The only thing I hope is the next two follow this quality level.

And one part less until the day I can finally see Steel Ball Run animated.
