Indeed, some Communist states were structured as representative democracies or had at least some democratic aspects.

Communism is an economic policy. It has never been actually executed. "Communist" states like the USSR were typically socialist, promising communism as a goal. Democracy is a structure for generation of laws.

hmmmmmmmmm since nami and chopper are at it right now i assume the winner has a better chance of beating franky since they seem to be the more popular of the two. but all i can say is this. whoevers against usopp im voting against usopp. sure i love usopp but he won last year so id rather have a new champion.

I'm gonna vote for whoever's against Franky. Got nothing against the guy, I just like the other Straw-Hats more than him. That, and I'm still getting used to him.

I think we need a revote for the Nami/Chopper battle. The Forums were down for over 24 hours, and when they started the polls back up, it didn't cover the full range of hours that were missed during the given vote time.

It was closed around 2 PM (my time) and didn't open again tell after 9:30 pm the next day. They opened the poll again, but but by this morning, it was closed again. To me there is a large gap of time, and many board members in the western states may have been deprived of their vote because of this.

I am not complaining just because Chopper lost. The vote count was way lower than other straw hat vs. straw hat competition, and many people like to hold out their vote until the last second. So I think in light of the board closing down, and the full spectrum of hours not being covered on that vote, we should have a revote, or reopen the polls to cover the missed hours.

I agree completely. I couldn't get into the forums for the whole day, and I'm sure many others people couldn't, either.

To me it was between Sanji and Franky. Well, that already went down, so I can only push for Franky now, who puts the 'man' in "romantic adventure."
