Idaho’s Labrador resists growing White House pressure to back health care repeal bill

One of my state's (Republican) representatives is resistant to the ACHA, stating he feels more time should be taken to get it done right than get it done fast. It should also be noted he rated Trump as "magnificent" during that private meeting and is credited for helping create the Freedom Caucus (is that just a new name of the Tea Party?)

Obama made a statement yesterday about the ACA's anniversary:

Seems Ryan is in proper panic mode now.

House Speaker Paul D. Ryan, facing a revolt among conservative and moderate Republicans, rushed to the White House Friday afternoon to inform President Trump he did not have the votes to pass legislation to repeal the Affordable Care Act and to decide whether to pull the bill from consideration.

The president and the speaker faced the humiliating prospect of a major defeat on legislation promised for seven years, since the landmark health legislation was signed into law. President Trump had demanded a vote regardless, which has been scheduled for Friday afternoon. But House leaders were leaning against such a public loss.

The House opened debate Friday on what could be one of the most consequential pieces of legislation in years, a bill that could roll back a major, established social welfare program, a feat that is almost unheard of.

The AHCA vote is falling apart as we speak- Ryan told Trump that they've lost votes since yesterday with those absurd new amendments, and together they've requested to pull the bill.

Trump is every bit as good at politicking as he is at business.
    Complicating things since 2009.

The ACHA has been officially pulled. No more voting on it
