I tried another site and got nothing as well. I don't think a full description of the book (such as ISBN, Page count, etc.) will appear on online retail sites until possibly mid-July or early August (I might be wrong though).

So it might cover Reverie and possibly the four commanders of the Revolutionary Army. Does it go into detail about how the book is "never ending" or if it mentions that it's the "final databook" like it did on the cover of Chapter 909?

Hopefully the book will shed some information such as:

• The names of Kin'emon, Kanjuro, Issho, Gallete, Mont-d'Or, and Opera's devil fruits. (If they do cover the Revolutionary Commanders than Morley and Karasu's as well).
• Identifying what class the Tama Tama no Mi is in, since it's currently unclassified.
• What happened to Carmel and the other children of Sheep's House during Linlin's birthday (confirming if she did in fact eat them based on the fact that she gained the abilities of the Soru Soru no Mi without even eating it and the giant's terrified expression upon witnessing the event).
• Rosters for pirate crews and other organizations that appeared in arcs that book will cover.
• What is Morgans' race (a Mink or an unrevealed race).
• Names for previously unnamed characters such Doflamingo and Rosinante's mother.
• Name confirmation for characters who were unnamed in the manga but received their names in the anime (such as the G-5 Marines or Big Mom Pirates).

Maybe we will get some exposition on things that was hacked in the manga.

Like some details on Blackbeard and Dragon's rumble and after exchanging blows with Meme was Luffy's energy lost due to her or not.

While some of your ideas are definitely within the realm of possibility, this one is a story-related bit so don't get your hopes up too high for that one.

But it never stated that they were equal. It said they were 'comparable'. Either way, folks take the fluff info from these books way too seriously. It's not like Oda writes it, but at the same time, unique information is definitely from Oda.

Yeah I was a bit ambitious with that part. I'm guessing the truth of that event won't likely be answered until either the Straw Hats visit Elbaf or meet with the New Giant Pirates during their journey. Since only the giants of Elbaf and Streusen know what happened that day, and it'll probably be awhile until the truth comes since the Big Mom Pirates have appeared to some extent (with the exception of the Return to Sabaody Arc) in every arc of the New World Saga so far.

True but even if the databook said they were equal in power that wouldn't necessarily mean they'd be equally impressive on the whole battle-wise. I think Oda is an interesting enough writer when it comes to fights that he doesn't see it as a given that a bigger guy will always > a big guy. That there's a lot more to fight's than whose got the best arnament haki.

I've been thinking about the "never-ending" aspect of the book and a potential theory I came up with is that maybe the new format for the book is a loose leaf style book. In the 90's both DC and Marvel for their Who's Who in the DC Universe and The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe respectively released loose leaf volumes for these books where the pages would easily come out and you could put them in a specially designed binder and in some cases arrange in different categories (especially for DC edition). This format is also used in the UK for their Marvel Fact Files books as well (which has been going since 2013).

The only series (to my knowledge) to use a similar format in Japan was a series of Gundam books in 1998-99 (mainly focusing on the Universal Century) called Gundam Mechanics which were also used a loose leaf style (albeit their pages had six holes compared to three in the above mentioned series).

Hopefully this won't be the case with this upcoming One Piece book, because using that format is a bit of pain, especially since keeping them in binders can wear out the holes on the pages and only way to keep them from doing that is putting them in sheet protectors which could cost a bit more money as well as having to purchase more binders if they release updates for every four to five arcs (and if your using sheet protectors that also mean buying binders with a bigger ring sizes).

Today's JUMP announced that the Hoko x Tate One Piece members had a meeting at Shueisha to discuss the creation of the fanbook, VIVRE CARD!

New information about "Vivre Card - One Piece Visual Dictionary".

Vivre Card is not a Databook like Red, Blue, Yellow, Green... Vivre Card is a folder (20,8 cm x 15,0 cm) with card files, arround 400 card files.

In the front cover we can see characters like Luffy, Jinbe, Shanks, Enel, Gaimon, Carue (with brown feathers lol) and even Gaimon.

Vivre Card will be on sale 4th September for 1,200¥.
