Zoro sense of direction never ceases to amaze bet he ends up at Kadiou base.

I was taken off-guard by the nature of the title, but man did the stuff in the chapter make it fitting lol. Oden is so perfect. Looking forward to the full flashback to see the full taste of him as a character.
Nice infodump to clear some things up. Seems like Kaido was there for 20 years after all, and of course the confirmation that no one's going back in time is a nice one. And it looks like we get a compromise for people who didn't think Kaido would be defeated this arc/on Wano - still think he'll go down this arc, but with a little change in locale first. Maybe it'll be an Enies Lobby-type situation.
And man, I had thought before about how fucked up Kin'emon's situation had gotten when we first met him as a farting set of legs on Punk Hazard, but him outlining it just solidified that. And it was only an intercepted distress call from one of the PH workers he was attacking that caused the Straw Hats to come there. Absolutely crazy.
Spoiler:
So one does wonder how a bunch of gnats are going to fare against a dude who even BM think is stupidly hard to kill
Ok, hat-guy wasn't send like Kinemon+co 20 yrs into the future (we don't see him with them after the jump).
He and Momos sister were either being tossed further into the future (where things are settled and just fine),
or he and Momos sister were tossed not as far into the future and are now covering up their identities with being the tengu-guy and Tama.
It's pure speculation though. But this way Momo's sister grew in Age and had the Chance to meet Ace.
My imagination of Moria's ol' crew: https://ibb.co/hEDSv8
Not even Naruto resorted to time travel
I gonna throw a curveball and say Hiyori(weather) is actually Nami.
She will have been 20 years old now if she had stayed in the past.
Well, we know Tengu said he is also waiting for someone for a very long time and also that he can't go into town "for certain reasons". It is either that he has a wanted poster or people will recognize him somehow. That means he is either one of Oden's retainers from 20y ago that weren't transported with Toki's powers or he is Shuten Maru/Wanted man in Wano.
The could be a scenario where Toki sent Momo's sister and Tengu into the future, but not 20, merely a couple of years and thus nobody is recognizing her to be his sister. We know they were there at least 4y ago when Ace arrived in Wano and that means that Tama has grown up quite a bit since 20y ago and at that time she was probably so little that she didn't have any specific facial features to be recognized by.
If you put yourself into Toki's place, you wouldn't want to send Hiyori with them 20y in the future giving their mission was to take down Kaidou and open the borders, she would've choosen a safer/less complicated course of fate for her young daughter. So i can't drop the possible theory that Tama is her (she is young, a main character from the start, Oda has build much on her background & has DF powers ).
The guy that appears in the cover page talking to Crocus has the same hat as the one in Kinemon's flashback (the mysterious retainer) but it isnt unusual, and he also has the same hair like Tengu more or less.

Why would a retainer be talking to Crocus?
I'm with the theory that tengu is the unknown retainer and tama is hiyori.
A 4 year old could look pretty different as an 8 year old and kiku seems a bit 'slow' so it's a possibility, a bit of a stretch maybe, but still possible.
It's possible that toki wanted to send hiyori and the other retainer with the rest of the team but her power got disrupted and the 2 ended up in another time. A very common plot for any time travel related stuff.
Yes this page was a little weird to read. I thought at first I missed a page but it is just a part of the story Oda didn't want to tell. Like he didn't want to reveal the character design. I understand he wants to do that in the future flashback but that still make it not very confortable to read
She couldn't have known how Wano state would be like 20y in the future right? She probably sent the main forces with Momo (who could at least walk and handle himself) 20y from then and Hiyori with somebody else to live in hiding/increase the chance of on of her children to live. There could be arguments for this theory aswell as against it. I didn't say it is the only possible one.
Anyway, she most likely sent her daughter too in the future with someone, as i can't see her just playing 50/50 with which child is going to take the trip and whose going to become ashes.

So, a question of the toki toki no mi: Is there a limit to how far you can jump in time? Could you theoretically travel to like the heat death of the universe? And if so, would that mean nobody else can have the toki toki no mi because nobody technically died and had the fruit reincarnate? Obviously there's not enough info to safely conclude about this stuff, but hopefully we'll learn more about it as time goes on. Time travel in fiction is always an iffy subject to tackle, and I hope this doesn't create too many headaches down the road.
