It's curious that Big Mom opted for Zeus as her mount instead of Prometheus, who seems to be chilling for some reason. It could be that this is setup for another round of Oda-style science, mainly concerning Kidd and how his magnetic powers conveniently match up against a thundercloud homie.

Or maybe she prefers sitting down on a fluffy cloud instead of a fireball.

I'm trying to avoid them at all costs now. I've just decided we're in too important of a stage of the story from here on out.
It's reaaaaally difficult, I discuss OP on many forums and have to really watch out.
I'll probably do 1 chapter for the posterity of reading spoilers for a 1000s chapter, but other than that I'm trying to go cold turkey.

Chapter 1001 in my opinion will show Kidd shinging combat-wise. Oda has been hyping Kidd as Luffyst biggest rival out of Supernovas for quite some time. In Udon we had Kidd that was armless doing as good if not better than Luffy at lifting rock blocks. I think that Kidd was stronger than pre-udon training Luffy. I wonder what he can do with his armor-like mode that reminds me a bit of Luffys Gear 4th.

Kidd needs to shine imo. His DF has so much potential and yes he is supposed to rival luffy strength wise as we seem to be lead to believe. Hopefully with all the materials he brought with him we get more than big scrap metal fist punch.

We seen Kidd in one of SBS as little kid with small robot toy that he seemed to build himself, if it will turn out to be true then it would be cool foreshadowing from Oda via SBS. Kidd would instantly gain a lot of fans with move like that.

Also since weapon factories were shown in Wano I said back then that Kidd will use metal from which they are made of to form gigantic robot and fight Kaido. How cool would it be for us to see Kaido in dragon form vs Kidd in gigantic mecha? For me it would be INSANELY COOOL! And poetic to see Kaidos weapon factories to be used against him and being part of his downfall. Perfect place for Onigashima to drop down would be that poisoned wasteland where Luffy met Zoro for the first time in Wano.

I loved this chapter! It reminded of DBZ when Goku arrives at last! To take down the Ginyu Force and save Krillin, Gohan and others similiar as what Luffy is doing right now!

Imagine how cool it would be if Kidd would first form a gigantic robot made out of Kaidos weapon factory and then he would also pick up that gigantic Katana and fight Kaido like that.. that would be amaaaazing!
