It's literally only $55 for Corel Painter and Adobe Elements(with a bamboo or graphire 4), but yea my college has some sweet student discounts for Photoshop(how I came into Cs2 in the first place)

yeah

basically there was supposed to be a second movie, the Jungle Movie, where arnold uses the map he found in the last episode to go look for his parents. in the movie,

he returns the kiss helga gave him

in the first movie, after she saves his life

the patakis was supposed to pick up after this, where arnold and his parents are traveling the world together, and helga's stuck in hillwood without him. she wrote to him about dealing with her family in letters, since in this show, her mom would be a recovering alcoholic (since she was full on lush in the first show if you didn't catch it) and her sister was going to move back in. it was rumored to be a more mature show

idk i don't know if i'd like it as much as Hey Arnold, even though helga cracks me up. i still wish the second movie had been made though

Ahem. I like how you drew the characters, and I like the order you put them in. The coloring is also really nicely done. And I especially love that everyone is all '>:[' while Oga and Baby Beel are all '>:D'

Can't offer any real critique except what Sai said about the coloring.
An inquiry here: Do most people scowl in that series? For some reason the scowlers seems to draw more attention from me than the smiling guy. Like he's somewhat transparent (if that makes sense).
Oh, and at first I thought that kid was baby Zoro. Still looks cute though.

Over all it is a pretty good fanart.
However, the way you colored their cheeks is too simple. It messed up the shading. Especially Hilda's. I would rather not color them. It's like they have paintings in their faces.
Everyone hardly has any expression except for Oga and Beel. Their usual expressions. The rest look a bit depressed in comparison to their personalities.
The poses are simple. Like they just row up and take a pic. But each character looking at a different direction, in an unnatural way, doesn't give the pic a good atmosphere.
It's a lot harder to draw many characters in a pic than a single character. You have to find a way for them to be in rhyme with each other.
