successful people make successful choices. wasting time is not one of them!! read this and feel regret
- a message from past taboo to future taboo
Oh lord
What has science (fiction) done!? D8
what you mean you guys didn't notice that on the 1st watch?
I wonder how many times Torbo's Executive Powder was used in the movie
the movie was good
not as funny as the 1st one, but I believe that is more due to the fact that the 1st movie was the 1st time seeing Futurama in so long
this one was great though

Bender's Game Sneak Peak

Just watched BWBB. Not as good as BBS, but still pretty good.
Some things that disappointed me:
- I had hoped it would end on a cliffhanger like the first one, since there are two more movies left (though there are still some unresolved matters, such as Kif still being mad at Amy)
- Kinda wish they had left Yivo as more of a metaphor for heaven, rather than him being literally heaven.
- Fry dating Colleen, and Leela still being more resistant didn't make a lot of sense to me, based on what happened in BBS.
Things I liked/loved:
-Everything between the universe ascending into Yivo and the robots fighting Yivo was absolutely awesome.
-Glad they didn't really kill off Kif.
-I liked the clever parallelism between Colleens mutlitple boyfriends and Yivo loving the whole universe.
-Bender giving his son (which he had, apparently) to the robot devil was absolutely hysterical. Overall, this movie didn't have as many laughs as BBS, but this scene made me LOL, whereas BBS did not.
Ovrall, another great addition, and I can't wait for Bender's Game.
So...anyone watched Into the Wild Green Yonder yet?
Suppose I'll put my impressions in a spoiler tag:
Spoiler:
Yep, I went and bought ITWGY the other, and I think it was definitely better than the last two. It did have it's share of problems (the whole Fry/Leela ending seemed kind of forced), but overall it was very worthy of the series. And I like how they ended it with them going into a wormhole, their fate uncertain, since that's pretty much where the show stands now. This could very well be the last we see of Futurama, but there also have been some rumors of them continuing it (webisodes, movie, 6th season, etc.) but either way this was a great note to end on.
sorry to be off topic, not talking about the movie and all, but my favorite episode is the bone-itis one.
yeah.
What? Failing is hard work, too.
Is the show permanently over? It was good. Really really good. How could anyone forget Bender? Or especially when he's with Fry. FFFFFFFFUKKEN AWESSSSSSUUUUUMMMM!!!!!!11
They said there are talks with Fox or someone that there could be a season 6. I remember hearing, I'll find a source...
Right, this one:

He mentions it about a minute in.
But no decision's been made yet, according to http://www.gotfuturama.com/
Nobodyman, I also agree that Fry/Leela ending was very forced... but for having waited many years for that moment, i'll say that it's good enough to satisfy.
I thought this movie was much better than "Bender's Game"
still... of the 4 movie releases, the best was "Bender's Big Score"
Good News Everyone! Just popping in to remind everyone:
Will it deliver? Will the voice actors retain their character? Will I Am?!Originally Posted by Comedy Central
Guess time will tell. Time or tiny radioactive space lice.
The thing i'm most curious is regarding the animation, well, the overall quality.
I recall Futurama was fairly high budget for tv animation, moreso than The Simpsons...will it be able to remain the same on Comedy Central?
