You'd have to open it up in an image editing program, like GIMP, and insert a transparency and then delete the background. Also you have to make it the exact size that'll fit in the box because if the forum resizes it it'll get rid of the background.

And okay, step by step it is:

1. Open the image you want to edit with GIMP
2. Go to Layer -> Transparency -> Add Alpha Channel
3. Select the parts of the image you want gone and do Edit -> Cut
4. When you're happy with the picture save it and use. Make sure the image is 150x150 or smaller though or the forum will insert a background in it.

I got an WLMP file in my email, but when I open it the little squares have exclamation point symbols and the sound doesn't play.
Also when I try to publish it I get this message: "The File Capture 8 (*date*).wmv is missing"
