ah! I can answer that one. The forum has this thing set up to prevent people from posting pathetic one word posts. Therefore, if you post under...(i think it's 20 charicters) you will get an error message telling you to post more.

Soooo, when people do feel the need to post ity bity posts, they type "20 charicters" etc. to make up the rest of the charicters, therefore they get no error message when they try to post.

How do you become a senior member exactly? Is it based on the date you registered, the quality of your posts, or bribing the staff?

Bribes. I sent e1n a picture of myself in a bikini, for one, but chocolate will do in a pinch.

On the oooold old Invision board it was based on if you had like 100 posts or not-- obviously in those days we weren't nearly as traffic-laden and didn't have nearly the amount of preteen drama to deal with, so once you had 100 posts you were just automatically bumped up, and that memberlist carried over when we switched to vB.
Right now the system is mostly having actually gone through puberty (ie being mature on TEH INTARWEB) and just being a quality poster darnit. Forum role models :) We've got standards for it -- which we don't really specify on purpose -- but basically we'll make your name that pretty purple when you're just a naturally cool person that we don't have to babysit all the effin' time. Obvious mod-pandering and backseat modding will not get one terribly far in the quest for a lavender name, as some people have found out rather, uh, humorously, we'll say >.>;

Isn't the "pretty purple" just for the Navigators (the contributors to the front page) and bold light blue is the senior members?

I dont think they are shown anymore then this and would like to see the episodes with them. Also what episode is it where Wapol and all the other kings are at the table discussing Dragon? No, but you CAN burn Video CDs or Super Video CDs, which offer lower quality and capacity.

Republic of China (Taiwan): New Taiwanese Dollar.
Hong Kong (Chinese since 1999): Hong Kong Dollar.
I can't remember offhand for Macau, which was also repatriated recently.
