The PS1 version is the worst of all because of horrible loading times before the fights. Hopefully they will be reduced, or inexistant, since it'll be a digital game this time.

I hear that everywhere I go. We shall see.
Welp, Sony just confirmed they were indeed hacked. Wonder what's to come.

:| as long as they fix it soon. I won't care.
There's nothing to fix. Sony did it themselves. Sony found (or suspected) people poking around in their network and so they promptly flipped the server switch to "OFF". They're keeping it off while they're shitting their pants trying to figure out what to do.
The hackers are barely doing anything but they're winning due to Sony's own actions.
I want to kill zombies with random people around the world...
...is that too much to ask?
Just noticed the network is down XD Shows how much I use my PS3 for gaming these days...

*sigh* Is the network back, yet?
Uh, nope.
Shame, it's Red Dead for me. It's just killing wave after wave of zombies, but it's fun.
I like Dead Rising 2 for my Zombie fix....

Nope.
Who knows how much longer. We sincerely regret that PlayStation Network and Qriocity services have been suspended, and we are working around the clock to bring them both back online. Our efforts to resolve this matter involve re-building our system to further strengthen our network infrastructure. Though this task is time-consuming, we decided it was worth the time necessary to provide the system with additional security.
We thank you for your patience to date and ask for a little more while we move towards completion of this project. We will continue to give you updates as they become available.
Knew it. They've been working their programmers around the clock to create a (at current) hack-proof firmware. This may take awhile...
Why I included the "(at current)" part.
I've got a friend around with me that works for Sony Playstation in Cambridge. And said the current problem is that the kind of hacking seen nowadays often surpasses the skill of sonys technicians. Meaning that if they have hacking issues it'll usual take days at minimum to be able to find the problems and get it fixed.
I even got a bit of a sneak peak at the new games being developed for 2012, Ooooh and I like what I saw...
The most interesting part will be the small and cheap downloadable series being made available. It has a lot of potential judging from the initial feedback.
